Will never eat here again. The manager Victor seems as if he does not like people of color. Not pulling the race card but I can.it as I see it. If you don't speak Spanish and just a tad bit darker, you will get terrible customer service.
Food was good. Wasn't ready even though I ordered it 25 minutes in advance. All I got was nachos it really shouldn't have taken them that long to make it. But when I got there of course I had to wait. They didn't even start on it until I got there and asked for it. And the little young girl at the register was so busy talking about she had 24 messages that she didnt look at the receipt at all or give me my free chips and salsa. & when I asked for it she said she didnt think it came with chips as if it wasn't legible & written on the receipt. I paid almost 15 dollars for nachos & attitude obviously. I would say be prepared to wait on online orders or just drive there & order. I have to wait on my door dash orders too so I think its all online orders. There was no line either so I don't know what the issue was besides them in there playing. I think they closed at 8 & my order was suppose to be ready at 7:30 so you would think they would of had it ready so I could get out of there. But they didn't seem too concerned until I got there. There was a guy waiting when I got there & they apologized for his wait so obviously his food was also not ready. Don't go here if you are in a rush or don't have patience because you will need them in this particular location.
I thought Moe's had closed for good. Come to find out, they moved from Forest Hill Road to Raleigh Road Parkway. I enjoy the Nachos, and got my mom the Chicken rough bowl. Looking forward to coming back. Most of my boot buddies on Facebook didn't know about Moe's when I did a post. I'm wearing cowboy boots on the floor mat.
My wife and I ordered 2 Homewrecker bowls. They were both very tasty and loaded with everything! Why do you need more charahters?
I don't know if there was a change in management, or what the change was, but in the past couple of months I've noticed a difference in the way my food has been prepared. I usually get nachos, and the past couple of months I've actually been getting the right amount of toppings and queso. In the past, the toppings and queso were stingy amounts at best. I'm now super satisfied!

I've worked in fast food, but even I have to complain when I see service this poor. I know times are tough, and the people who work in fast food are just trying to get their money and get out, but it was super obvious.1. The employee helping us seemed confused and his coworkers came over and told him he was not supposed to use the wheat tortillas for quesadillas. He wasn't very clear with his communication.2. We came around 7:15 pm and they were out of pinto beans and grilled onions.3. When asked what time they closed, they didn't know. They asked someone in the back and told us 8:30.4. The chips were stale, the food was passable, but not worth the lack of service we received.I won't eat at the Wilson location.
My food is always fresh here. I love the fact that you can see them making my food. You can add extra protein if you want.

Great food. Seems like they're changing from a menu based store to a more build your own like Subway. But it was super delicious and a nice direction. Super friendly staff!
