Horrible service. I walk in and was told to use the Touch screen to order. There was no one at the counter to take your order. The system is very cumbersome and at the end when I get ready to pay there’s some sort of glitch or maybe I just did something wrong. In any case it was like pulling teeth to get someone to come give me some help. There were other customers having trouble ordering this way. Finally a manager comes out and takes orders the old fashion way. I do have to say once the manager came out he was very positive apologetic and made things happen! Unfortunately it was just a little too late I speak for myself and probably five other customers that was in the restaurant at the time. I wish I got that managers name because he is definitely a shining star!
Not good at all. All food was old and cold. After my order was paid for, he told us the shake machine was broke. He gave us four old pies instead. No sauce for the nuggets. Substituted a 5 piece nugget for a cheeseburger. I didn't even know they had a 5 piece nugget! To top it all off, it was taking a while,but someone came in and said they didn't get their nuggets and he gave them ours right out of our bag!
Worst service, manager turn my complaining into a racial thing I'm Hispanic. Refused to give me first name to file a formal complaint. Your better off going to chick fil a. All I wanted was a particular sandwich on a English muffin instead of biscuit. So then she proceeded to double charge me. It was my fault for even craving McDonald's. Filling a complaint with corporate.
Standard McDonald's. Be very careful about the entrance. It dips down enough to bottom out a lower vehicle like a sedan if you try to enter straight on. Thought I had broken something.
As a life's rule, I don't eat fast food.Needed something fast before I drove home, I got a 1/4 pounder.?? was surprised at how good it really was.Great sandwich. ?
Order was correct. Food was hot and my wait time was reasonable for the number of cars in line.
The worst service I have ever had hands down. If you go to this mcdonalds on 264- alt then you will be in a world of hurt my friend. Buddy tried to order off of his phone at work and I tried to go pick it up for him with proof of the order and the would not allow me to get our food!!! unbelievable right... While i waited to even tell the staff they were arguing with another elderly customer about COFFEE.. And Cussed at him several times. I recommend that you do not ever go here EVER!!!!!! Just wanted my big mac :( ended up at chick-fil-a where I never have problems.
Either the hours on the door and website are wrong, or we were lied to. Showed up at 430am. Lights on and employees inside. Door said 5 am so we left to get gas. Double checked Google and confirmed 5am open. Came back at 5 and were turned away at drive through. Told that they don't open until 7.
the McDonald's in Wilson north Carolina always gives us the order and the fry's and chicken nuggets are like rocks my son and grand children make me to the McDonald's on hwy 58 the McDonald's off the 95fwyand the alternate 264 needs to have better service!! I go there twice a day for three kids ! I should get what I pay for!!
Not typically a fast food person and much less a McDonald's eater. But when in the boondocks in N. Carolina, it's familiar. It was not bad in a pinch and I suddenly remembered the French fries!! But I don't typically eat like this or review. But this was fast and hot so sometimes I gotta go against the norm!
