Ordered at drive thru and asked to park in front and my order would be brought to my vehicle. 10 MINUTES LATER I walked in and asked where my order was and someone yelled to the grill cook "I need a plain double cheese burger now ". That tells me that no one ever thought again about my order I sat in front of the restaurant for. When I walked in to inquire about it, there were about 4 employees just standing around. I mean, how hard is it to get a burger? I'm sure they blamed it on COVID
i was there about 5:30 pm. there was no cashier in site.the register had an order rung up already. when she FINNALLY got there, the employee who's order that was said " delete his order and wait on us". she said " no that would be too much trouble." i dk where the manager was at to give this employee his discount at. the employees play around too much at this McDonald's. always has. never in place.
All I read is bad reviews here but you do not see none of the good reviews. The workers do the best they can. There are so many customers that come with an attitude and they wonder why the workers get upset. There is this one girl who is GREAT!!! She has daily customers foods memorized. She always has a great attitude. She is always patient and multi-tasks great! This is the best Mcdonald's in Wilson
HANDS DOWN WORST MC.DONALDS EVER !!!!! The employees ALWAYS have an attitude at the drive thru and the window. They would hand me 4 drinks without a drink tray through the window once I request a drink tray they roll their eyes and gives me the tray with anger/attitude and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to place my order no matter if it's a Item that is cooked when ordered or just a regular cheeseburger with fries they always get me to pull to the front door then takes them up to 15/20 min just to bring me my order and I can't not count how many times they have left items off my order. I would give them 0 stars if I could! Very Unsatisfied!

Poor customer service..They give you stale buns and watered down drinks..Drive Thru employees Are the worst here especially at night…As Soon as I get to the window I’m met with an attitude…I was ordering at night for my kids..Told them I had a second order and A Lady Sighed over the intercom (Like I Was Bothering Her)..This McDonald’s should really teach THIER employees better customer service or it will continue to get low reviews..Go somewhere Else!
Ordered through the app for curbside pick up. Sat in the spot for 45 minutes and no food. Went in and every employee there was useless. Left and called only to speak to someone claiming to be a manager, who refused a refund. I can drive an equal distance in any direction and get better service at a different McDonald’s location in Wilson. I’d recommend everyone else do the same, because this one is pretty sad.
Arrived at 10:55ish after checking out at Walmart. Wanted some late night food with my girlfriend. Waited maybe 3-5 minutes looking at not the menu just to never get a greeting. The menu board even went from lit up to pitch black in front of us. This store closes earlier than it’s supposed to. Really hope someone from corporate sees this to realize you guys are losing money. 2 cars drove off. 1 in front of me on the first menu board and behind me.
McDonalds is still a stopping place.McDoubles and Larger Sandwiches. Fries, Chicken sandwiches.And All sizes of Soda for $1.00 !! Kids like it.
Ordered curbside and sat in spot for 45 minutes and received no food. Staff inside was no help so I went to my truck to call and talk to the manager. The person who answered said they were management, which I really hope they aren’t because she was rude as hell. She refused refund and was very deserving of being terminated of her employment. I will be contacting corporate and/or owner for my refund. This establishment should be closed permanently, they suck.
