By far the worst experience I've had with a fast food place in my life. I waited in the drive thru 30 minutes and had 7 cars go from the other side before they even asked for my order. I paid and was asked to pull up to wait even longer. When my food finally came out after another 20 minutes it was cold and the lady had a serious attitude. I will never go back to the 301 McDonald's.
For someone that worked in a McDonald's environment when I was younger I'm disappointed in the structure of the crew that was there today. Young employee walking around around the front counter area with drink in one hand cell phone in the other. While what appeared to be 2 Shift leaders or managers are bagging up food. Multiple people in the grill area. I just think the setup for lunch rush was terrible. Employees should have been in the right positions to be able to get food out alot quicker. McDonald's helped teach me the concept of TEAM WORK and that seems to have disappeared over the last 2 decades.
I love that desserts and a chicken sandwich but you can have some water burgers if you like and french fries they're good too
My pregnant daughter found a cockroach in her drink cup. This place is disgusting. We are filing a lawsuit against this company.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a deluxe chicken sandwich and it was a mess! Completely covered in mayonnaise and it was just thrown in the box. I wasn't about to go inside to complain because it was busy but this was unacceptable.
Okay service for McDonald's is always. It really just depends on the day how fast or slow the service is going to be every once in awhile there's somebody with a horrible attitude and other days there's somebody with the best attitude. Just always be clear on what you want and check your food before you leave
They shouldn't have two lines. Only one will flow and the other get a car every 5 minutes. Then after going through that torture they pause at mic to play with coworkers and want you to repeat order. Then you get to the window normally angry bitter woman to greet you even though they will never greet you. Get to the 2nd window no condiments in bag when you ask they look like you committed a crime. I pray they go back to 7.25 cost of living going up to pay these people more and they can't even put more effort in the job. Pure disgusting!!
Horrendous service and forgetful staff….2 minute wait for fries ended up a 30 minute wait just for the person I assume is the manager to ask what I ordered! Should not be in business PERIOD
I decided to order through the app..Apparently the order went through to the location as regular not plain as I thought I told it. After they brought me my food to the car I noticed the burger wasn't plain and there were no fries in the bag with the combo.I went in and explained the fries missing and burger supposed to be plain and they started remaking it for me. The cashier handed me a fresh bag with fries in it and I somehow sat the bag on the counter and knocked it over..10 seconds after he handed it to me. I felt embarrassed, but the staff was cool with it and one offered to assist with cleanup.Again the cashier handed me fresh fries and I held the bag this time as to not make another scene. A minute later they handed me my burger just like I wanted and I left.After getting home I opened the bags to find they also gave me an extra fry with the burger.Customer Service is key and the team on staff tonight is on point! This is by far my favorite McDonalds to order from, especially in Wilson. I think this is the first time the order was ever wrong in any way but it was probably something I done on the app trying to order.Thanks for the great service!
I could have gone to the store and bought burgers gone back home and cooked them myself faster than it took them to get my food out to me using the McDonald's app. Not pleased with this restaurant. Very slow. 45 minutes and I had to run into the store to pick my food up. This is totally unacceptable.
