Absolutely terrible. The past two orders I have made at this location, they can not get it right. They said that I did not order two of something but did not provide a receipt so that I could check what they put in for myself. McDonald's as a whole has gotten terrible over the years. If you can't provide adequate service, your prices should not continue to climb.
Calling this place fast food is the biggest contradiction. A 30-mins wait time in line. I get there's short staffing issues everywhere, but this was by far the worst experience. After the 30 mins wait time, we tried ordering, but there were very limited items. For the Happy Meal, the only available option was water, out of milk and out of apple juice. Then we get apple slices, instead of the extra fries we requested for. The sweet tea tasted very old. The Big Mac was put together like it went through a tornado. Never returning again.
Food wasn't fresh. Went through drive thru & had to wait 10 minutes for a hamburger & fries.
Food's not good and when you get it,it's cold the employees have attitudes like this young generation do,as if they don't want to work
Winter of the omicron variant it is a super clean dine in experience friendly helpfully staff prompt service. Thats a 5 star trip for me
SLOW SLOW SLOW service. They had me pull up & wait 17 mins for an iced coffee & apple pie. The manger on duty (12/20/21 @ 3:47pm) tried to tell me I was lying about sitting outside for that long. Well ma’am, why am I in here with my receipt timestamp if I’m lying.
very rude every time I go there even down to the managers they're not professional at all they have lines backed up for days every single time
This one of the worse McDonald ever. But the Customer service is the worse. I asked for my top to be replace cause it was bent and would not close. I was basicly cussed out. The two young girl look at each other and said look like the same f___k top to me! Like its not my fault you working here. Bit you messed my top up then got .ad cause l asked you to correct it ! Smiling faces my eye! Nasty personality! Worse
All I needed was 2 large French fries and 2 drinks. I was in line for 32minutes. I thought McDonald's was fast food?!?
This McDonalds is horrible they never get my food correct and then have a horrible attitudes. The latinos are very nice and professional but the African American young women are horrible no manners. Worst customer service ever in which I have traveled to many towns around the country and never seen such horrible customer service. What a ghetto place.
