They are very slow so there is always a 15-20 minute wait time if you don't order ahead. They close really early. Also, the online ordering system is down a lot. However, the pizza is what you would expect from Little Caesars, so it's not bad.
Ordered online but when I arrived the store was closed. I'd pick any other restaurant around the area than hoping for the chance on whether or not the store is open.Update: Another fun part of this experience is going through the process of getting the money reimbursed to my card! If you want to chance it by attempting to get pizza from here, I would go in person to order.
Employees aren't very observant when a customer is waiting to be served.I waited 10 minutes and still wasn't waited on. I went to another location and was waited on immediately
The customer service is pretty good, especially in our modern American climate where everyone is mad about something. Also the pizza quality was definitely high end of the spectrum of LCs that I've visited. Sadly, due to, I guess, poor management by the franchise owner, it's never open due to staffing issues. Figure your business model out, or shut down and get it over with - I'm tired of playing Russian roulette whenever my kids want a pizza.

The food was HOT N GOOD
The best Little Caesars ever ! Ingredients were fresh, dough was perfectly risen and the price was right on. Florida's locations are hit or miss and are .60 more for a pizza that doesn't hold a candle to this location. Exit #121 in NC at the Circle K is a must stop for any hungry road traveler. Thank you for the exceptional service !
