*This review reflects my experience multiple times*Have come to this location to find the employees haven't opened the store at the time listed on the door(this has happened 3 times). Once they were closed even though they were still supposed to have an hour before closing.Aside from this the customer service is non existant-employees can't spare a word through the whole transaction, manager has similar customer service skills. Overall an awful place, ran by clueless children.
Doing a door dash delivery for a customer and they were not really helpful. Tossed the food at me.
I really hate to give low reviews, but to be fair, I must be honest with my experiences. I did a drive thru pickup here, and after placing my order at window, I was asked to pull around front and they would bring it out. Then they completely forgot I was there, as customers continued to come and go. I finally drove back through the drive thru and asked, and they pulled my order out of the warmer and handed it to me. They did apologize, but I was already too over this experience. I feel it was an honest mistake, but some mistakes can be quite costly. ?
The service was a little lacking, as I didn't have one of the things I had stated I wanted on the ticket when I paid. The person taking our order did have their attention split between a lot, so there is that. I will say, for what we ordered, the price was fairly nice. The cookie dough brownie is sorta garbage, though.
The pizza was hot and good but first off they didn't cut the pizza so it was hard to get the pizza to come apart cause we were eating in the car. Thats why y'all got 3 starts y'all would've got 4 if it was cut right, n if it was cut at all. I don't really give stores 5 unless there really good.
I wemt to the drive through to order and she cut me off to tell me there would be a wait time before I could say what toppings I wanted. I said that was fine and asked for an extra most bestest sausage, she said fine and took my payment. When I went back after 15 minutes I asked for my pizza sausage pizza and she handed me the box. I got home and opened the box to find pepperoni. And to top it off the pizza is over done
It's seems like it's hit or miss with a bit more misses! Not very welcoming vibe and the pizza was terrible this time. Seemed like I was eating a Frisbee. Took back in and they saw how old the pizza was and I guess because it was close to closing time and they had a cuol extra cheese just made I got another pizza this one much better!
Service was immediate and pizza is fresh.I'd give more than 5 stars for this location!!!!!!!!!
I like this location...Most times I can call in my order and it be ready time I get there...Staff seems to be well oiled most shifts...Great if you just want a $6 pizza and drive through.
