The food is overpriced for the quantity that you get. I like the bread but otherwise I would eat elsewhere.
01/07/21I don't eat subs frequently but I prefer Subways. I order the turkey and avocado sub. Maybe it was the lettuce, but something tasted like it wasn't properly thaw. Overall it was decent. Maybe they should have more options? or something more unique, like sauces or a type of bread? I just don't see myself trying Jimmy John's again. However if you're a massive hoagie fan, I recommend trying it. Staff was pleasant. Store seemed cleaned.

Ordered from airport rd in Wilson twice l have been given wrong order try to call and complain but girl act like she could not hear me . I live in Nashville to far to take back . Won’t order there again wasted $30 dollars for food with hot peppers inedible
Horrible service. We ordered our food and called because it wasn’t confirmed. I’ve been on the phone for over 10 minutes and they say that they didn’t receive our order. I spoke to a manager who couldn’t explain why they didn’t get an order or even halfway understand what I was saying. We requested our money back and they don’t even know how to return our money. Never again!

I got the # 7, it was pretty good and spicy. I am looking forward to trying the different sandwiches here. Also, the staff could be a little more energetic and friendly.

Didn't have much selection on bread types. It's either french bread or wheat bread
