I chose 1 star because I had to in order to write my review. However, I would give no stars. I took my son to this location at 9:45 on a Saturday night. There was 1 car in front of us and 4 cars eventually lined up after us. After waiting at the drive-thru window for a considerable amount of time, the car that was in front of us drove around to let us know they were not taking anymore orders. They only knew that because they drove to the window and knocked. They stated the "workers" were not taking anymore orders because they had to clean up before they left. I'm not even mad they wanted to leave at 10 instead of closing at 10. I'm mad that they were not considerate enough to let the cars waiting know they were not taking anymore orders. That is beyond rude.
They better of close this place down, they canceled my order once, then I called them couple time didnt answer their phone and then have the uber eats driver call me and take my order because they dont have what I want. Customer service wise I would give -5 if I could!!!! Never order anything from this place again even if they're the last store standing on earth!!!
Extremely rude workers, I have never received such continuous bad service. Tonight was the last straw as the girl and guy worked were both extremely rude. I asked for a ice cream with sprinkles and the girl who took my order was extremely rude. The guy who took my card for the transaction said nothing to me the whole time. Such horrible staffing.
Out of item I ordered. Cashier had an attitude when I didn't want something else in place of it.
This store is not a favorite of mine.They put no lids on anything and the lid on banana split didn't fit.
The doors were locked so we had to drive through. Quick and friendly service.
Rude! The guy at the drive thru window was so rude tonight. I accidentally gave him 2 $5's instead of 3 so he was short and looked and talked to me like I was stupid. Then he gave us our ice cream that was dripping everywhere. Didn't even bother to wipe it. One of them wasn't even ours so the order was wrong. Gave me my change and shut the door. Never said thank you or anything. Just rude! Won't go there again.
They could definitely need better customer service!!! Ladies are very rude once you get to the window.... Every time I give this place another chance they never have what I want which is a banana splits... they could have more stuff in stock

Food is great but there's no other dairy Queens open unless it's Rocky Mount and Wilson they should have more red dairy Queen open all over the place
