I don't usually leave reviews but the service here was so bad I had l to. No one was polite and the staff seem annoyed I ordered food. Also the tables and floor was very dirty I'm surprised they gave a 95.5 sanitation score. Management needs to be replaced. Don't go here.

They were shots handed and out of steak. I had toget chicken. They were out of forks. I had planned to eat in but only had 1 hour. Spent almost 30 minutes in line.
Every time I have come to this restaurant the staff is different. The food portions have been both large and small so I never know what to expect. The food has always been good but they seem to run out of items and the food is not as good or portioned well like the raleigh location
I was very disappointed in everything. The restaurant was dirty. The food was dried up as if it had been sitting all day. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was cold. A pot was sitting on a burner. The outside of the pot was crusted like it had never been washed. Clean up the restaurant and make sure the food is fresh and hot. Stay away from the Chipotles Wilson location.
Ordered a bowl with sofritas and got a bunch of other random meats in it. As a vegan, this is an issue for me. Luckily I saw it and picked it all out.I get that cross contamination happens but the whole line was a mess (as well as the entire restaurant) and it wasn't even busy.
It was ok. My husband likes it but I'm not a fan. I'll stick to Moe's.
Answer this…why can’t the customer get what they want if they’re paying for it? You can’t have ANYTHING else on your quesadillas but meat and cheese? We were told it wasn’t allowed. What an insane selling tactic. Never…again. Subpar eatery.
Staffing seemed to be extremely light, just 1 employee working, but still got my food fairly quickly. It was the first time I had been in an area with a Chipotle in over 2 years, and was very happy with it.
The prices have gone up & the lunch crew wants to give you a kids petite taco meal for $10 ~ NO THANK YOU !! I will drive all the way to Greenville, I get what I paid for & then some ! Wilson get it together, make sure the crew is consistent with the meals it's really frustrating
