Hands down, this is the BEST Chili's location I've ever been to! Wonderful personalized service and delicious food - I would come back to Wilson just to go here!

Elliott, Shay, and Ramone were working it during our visit. So great to see staff on top of customer service. The food was great, the camaraderie and service even better. We will definitely return just because of the individualized service. An amazing Chili's experience.
I always order from here since I live close by. when I want something quick and delicious I get the 8oz sirloin steak with loaded potatoes and steamed broccoli. Can never go wrong with that combo
This used to be a favorite place. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. The black beans had been reheated so much they were dry. The burger was very rare and when told it wasn't cooked enough the answer was that's medium and how we do it. Um, no, this is not the first time I've seen cooked burger.
It was alright but won't return to this location. The Goldsboro location is better. I had my hopes high because the appetizers were good but when I got my boneless wings they were overcooked. I only ate 2 because they were dry and hard. And the waitress was constantly on top of us. She came over when we started eating to separate the bill and it was a little bothersome. Decent but not the best.
We had a great meal so much we asked for take home leftovers the waitress was nice enough to give me extra sour cream in a little cup and so we left I was outside smoking a cigarette when I realized we left the doggie bags I went back in and the waitress said she trash them I said did you think we did all that for fun she said there not allowed to save ok I understand no problem we were right out side you didn't look and all she could was I thought you left totally stupid she told me she was a manager really you sat us at a table and I told her I wanted sweet tea which she never brought is your seating people would you get there drinks while we wait for the waitress MAYBE YOUR NOT TRAINING YOUR MANAGERS PROPERLY SINCERLY. Had to call to see if they were even opened, very nice on the phone. We walked in only one other table and it took forever for the waitress to comeOut of the back to take our order. I guess she was involved in the loud conversation they were having. She finally took our drink order and we never saw her again!!! We got up and left!!!!!!!
Always a favorite. I can't recall a bad experience dining here.The curbside server, Ronnie, is the hub of the operation. If you order curbside pickup, you will be in good hands!! ? ?
Love getting take out from here when I'm too lazy to cook. Only downside is that they forget to give you the dipping sauce for the texas dry ribs. Just be sure to check before you leave.
