Stopped in on my way home with my daughter, it was busy, but I expected that for a Saturday. However I saw my order get bagged and then sit on the counter for 5 minutes before someone called my name. On top of that, there was a blonde girl with long hair, not tied back or anything, behind the counter. Asked her for a new cup because my daughter's cup had a hole in it. She mumbled under her breath "nope, not clocked in" before she walked away, telling someone else to help us. Seriously, how hard is it to grab a cup and hand it to us when you are standing right next to them. It took more effort to tell someone else we needed something, than to grab it herself. I know losing my business won't cost them anything, but I will for sure tell others in the area my experience.
I’m a huge fan of chick fil A . We eat at a Chick-fil-A twice a week. Always good and friendly. Today the young man at this location that placed my order at drive thru was not friendly at all. He didn’t smile he didn’t say my pleasure he didn’t even look at me.
Employees were very polite. The drive thru was pretty slow at getting the food out but the Employees were very nice about it so I didn't mind the wait too much. The food was very good, the sandwiches were good sized. They never forget anything or get anything wrong, even customized items are clearly marked and labeled.
This place was so busy that I thought we'd be in the drive through for an hour. Their system of employees coming to the car to take your order got us out of there in a few minutes. Hot and super delicious chicken sandwiches. Peach milkshake was phenomenal and lemonade cold and fresh. Great stop on the road for good food.
This Chick-fil-A has very efficient ordering lines outside with many pleasant, smiling employees ready to take customer's orders. We pulled around to the double-row pick up line, and only waited maybe 2 minutes for or 5-person order. This was on a very busy Saturday lunch time. Every thing was hot and delicious! Great job, guys!
My first time eating here. Drive thru is efficient, the kid who took our order was polite and professional and the gal who brought out our food was also. Now I know why people say, "You have to eat here." Highly recommend!
This is a brand spanking new building and you still managed to screw up the drive thru and the parking lot??How did I and two cars behind me get our food before the car in front?? Then we just had to sit there and wait? While a huge diesel truck sat next to us in the echo chamber you created ?But as expected the food was top notch and the service was super friendly.
we went through the drive thru around 6:15 pm on 6/20 and had the cutest moment ever. This chick fil a has the SWEETEST staff. My pup was in the back of the car and they wanted to give him pets. We took our boy out and 4 of the workers here have him all the lovins. It was such a cute little moment and we are so thankful! ❤️
Always great tasting food and service but was a little surprised when the usual thick hunk of chicken in my Chick-fil-A sandwich was about as thin as an Italian chicken cutlet. I either received an oddly small one or they are cutting back on the amount of chicken in each sandwich.
The food is always good and the staff friendly. I gave this location off I95 in Wilson 4 stars because it's the third time they failed to give me my order of pickles. I generally check my orders but have been rushed the past few visits and didn't check the bag. Come on peeps, I need my pickles!
