I waited in the drive through line for 25 mins to order. The cashier was VERY courteous and kind. However, half of the food I ordered was not in my bags when I got home. No one answered the phone when I called to complain
Order food from Door dash and did get my order. The female managers tried to give me hard time . However the African American gentleman manager try to rectify the situation. The female manager act like I was trying to play them for $42 . I will never order from the Burger King App again?
The food was hot and fresh! The customer service was great as well.

Always a great place the food is always good but the drive thru takes to long the good news is they warn you at the window with a sign explaining they are short staffed so please be patient. Because of the rush on lunch I feel they should warn you sooner because not everyone can wait that long.

Food was good and service was fast. Only downside was someone took my order at the drive thru order box and when I got to the window to pay they didn’t have my order at all. Not sure how that happened but they were quick about getting my food. Besides that the quality was really good for fast food!
I had to go inside to tell the manager I order onion rings and not fries and I wanted Xtra pickles. He gave me the onion rings cold not hot and I still did not get my Xtra pickles. I got more onions. If you don't ask for napkins at drive thru they don't give you any. I will NEVER come back to Burger ?
