This is the second and last time this has happened. I called my order in. Gave them plenty of time before I went to get it. Got there, about 8 cars in line ahead of me. Girl told me they would bring my order out to me. EVERYONE in line PLUS two cars behind me got their order before I did. I finally get to pick up window and still have to wait. Then my order is WRONG when I FINALLY get it!!! SERVICE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY WORSE!!! You have lost a customer forever!!! AWEFUL!!!

Wanted burger and fries so my boyfriend told me to come here (I'm not from here) the food was disappointing and my whole order was wrong. I ordered #4 with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, mustard and ketchup with onion rings... I immediately noticed in my bag that I was given fries instead of onion rings. I should have known to check my burger before I left because it wasn't right either my burger had pickle ketchup and mustard also when I got home to eat onion rings they were overcooked..... If I am paying my money give me what I ordered please and thank you and don't burn my food
Everytime i work in Wilson, Burger Boy always gets my vote for where the crew is eating lunch that day. The one and only thing is BB is a bit pricey nowadays.
Nice easy location; fast service; burger was perfectly fine and THE FRIES WERE GREAT! Pecan pie is worth more than they're charging for it, too. I definitely had a good experience here and will eat here again.
I been going to Burger Boy over 40 yrs- since I was child with my father... Not sure how old the restaurant is- But I'm sure it's one of the Top 3 oldest Burger joints in Wilson ... The faces behind the counter and the menu has changed some over 40+ yrs ....But the Hospitality, Fast Service and GREAT Food is still the same...

The burger had great flavor and it was cooked perfectly. I wasn’t a big fan of the “Big Daddy Burger” because it had too many different things in it but besides the flavors were amazing.
I forgot the young lady name that took my order she was beyond nice, so nice I had to tip her! Tho I waited like 45 minutes to get my food ? had I not paid first I would have left, this was totally not the norm, I was so disappointed coming all the way from Charlotte
Was in town, hadn't been to Burger Boy in years... Went through the Drive thru, Staff was Friendly and Helpful. Burger was Hot, Fresh, and Delicious! Burger Boy is still a staple in Wilson. Whenever You're in Wilson, NC You've got to stop by!!
