While our server Kiki was amazing and attentive to our table. The food wasn’t great. Appetizers were over cooked. We were offered two ways to pay, by cash or by “text to pay”, being that we didn’t have cash on us to use we had no choice but to use this “text to pay” option. After trying to use this option 3 times we told our server that we couldn’t get it to work. She called over the manager Melissa to assist. Melissa had a nasty attitude asking where the phone was that we were using and asked to see it but was able to get the “text to pay” to go through. I asked the manager when did the “text to pay” become an option to which she stated that it had been in place for about a year. I had just visited this location a few months ago and knew that wasn’t correct. In my opinion, this “text to pay” option takes away from customers and servers. Prior to leaving our table Kiki brought us to go boxes without us asking her to do so. We talked to her for a few minutes and just as we were grabbing our things to leave the manager called Kiki to the back. After a minute or two we could hear yelling coming from the back. When you have a manger that has the IQ of a four year old and attitude to go along it comes as no surprise to hear the ranting and raving of the temper tantrum being thrown about. I hope that Kiki finds a place of employment that appreciates the work she does and management that actually cares.
Food was not that great. We got one less wing in our meal and when they brought it out it was undercook. We ordered a large fry but got less than a kids meal fry. I had a 5 off $25 and they wouldn’t take it when I use it weekly on Tuesday.
Never thought the service could get worse, but it has. Tables in the bar full of dirty dishes, employees sitting at table , on their phones while no one came to our table. Kitchen employee eating McDonald’s on his break at the bar tables, and left McDonald’s bag on table. This location would be the perfect place for Undercover Boss show. Have a regional manager come as a customer and see for themselves how bad it is.TV’s and tables are nice. But service is the worst in Wilson.
Very slack on the food. Disappointed. You can do better than that guys
Went last weekend with my family around 830pm. There were 23 open tables and 4 tables with people seated. The host told us that there was an hour wait because they were short staffed….. I asked if we could sit at a table and have some drinks while we waited. The host said no and that they were more than likely going to close before we were able to get a table. I asked him about all the open tables and he said that due to short staff they couldn’t accommodate anyone else at the time. A large group came in several minutes after I did and they got one of the 23 empty tables…. So let’s say I will never go back. It’s not even that good.
I just wanted to share our visit to BWW we have yesterday afternoon. We arrived around 2 pm and we were seated immediately in the main open dining area. Twenty minutes later NO one had come by or stopped by to tell us we would be right with you. We understand the short staff, but when you finally get a waitresses attention and ask if we were sitting in an area with a waiter/waitress and they tell you they would get someone over and THEN they walk over to the wall and just sit DOWN and not say anything to anyone. What a heck of a way to take care of your customers BWW. We didn't mind waiting for food or service, but just common courtesy or be acknowledged will go along way. It was very obvious BWW had wait staff but they were just talking among each other and not waiting on customers. We have marked this location off of our list to meet and eat.
Went in sit down 20 min not even a drink order. Asked waitress if we are in area to be waited on. She stated let her check and see and went sand set down. I wouldn’t recommend this for the homeless to go to for shelter. Sorry place I’ve stepped in to in awhile
Reagan is new behind the bar but you would never know it. She also is not new to Bdubs. She is one of the most efficient and friendly bartenders in all of Wilson. She lifts a 3 star establishment to 5 stars.
I paid for my food threw the door dash app, it said 45 minutes to an hour before delivery. After about 40 minutes I received a call from the dasher statting that new told her that it was showing that my order had been paid for (about 50dollars) but hadn't been processed to make so she had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I would love a response as to why I took me 1na half to receive cold food
I get the whole short staff situation since i work at fast food. I waited for almost one hour for my food and i’m very disappointed. Most likely not coming back to this location again!!
