Probably the worst attitude and service I have seen in a long time. At the drive thru, you order one item and get ask”is that it”, no then order another and get “is that it” so on and so on. I had four meals to get ordered. Then I asked for an extra sauce in one (yes, I am aware that Bojangles requires you to pay for this item) It was an extra $0.75 so I had expected to receive it. It was not with the order and luckily I have been burned before and now check every item. And I do like a variety of the chicken fast food restaurants, but this is definitely lacking the quickness of the drive thru, friendly staff, correct ordered items, and no extra charge for the sauces that some others provide with a “my pleasure” added.
The food was great, which is consistent for Bojangles. Half the inside menu display is not working, so be prepared to pull up the menu on your phone. They will usually forget any sauce/honey/condiments that you requested, so be sure to check that your order is 100% correct before leaving. It is sometimes hard to get them to bring any missing items. They tend to overly focus on the next order, and ignore you if you come back. The food is worth these minor inconveniences.
Bojangles is letting me down! My supreme dinner looked more like nuggets and a handful of old fries. These places are blaming their locked doors, correct change only, reduced services, and lazy staff on covid. Why not charge customers less until you are back up to full speed?
DO NOT EAT HERE‼️Horrible customer service- very rude to customers, staff members constantly playing around with each other and not taking their job seriously.Food is old and gross, restaurant is dirty, no gloves when handling food- very unsanitary environment.Not to mention that there was a hairball INSIDE of my chicken & black mold spots at the bottom of my cup. ??
It is now $9.76 for a bo size chicken biscuit combo. It would be GREAT if you could at least get the food hot, and not just like warm as best.
I have never tried this, or any other Bo jangle’s before, but after my experience tonight I will not waste my time, I had traveled 12 hours ( which I communicated to the employee on the head set)to visit my father ( just released from a hospital on hospice) and decided I would try this restaurant for the first time, I informed the employee that I never had this restaurant before and I would try whatever was available due to being so close to closing time and I understand that they could have a limited menu,but being laughed at by the employees in the background ( that I could hear on the speaker)and being told “ we literally have no food left “ it was enough to never try it , customer service was insulting and unprofessional, Taco Bell was what I settled for, and dispite not knowing my personal issues, they were polite and professional,
Inside still closed. There is no pandemic ! But there are people traveling with oversized vehicles and trailers that can't go through your drive-thru.
This is by far the worst Bojangles I have been to..the service is bad, the food is bad. Yes the food at this location is the worst..anyone visiting Wilson do yourself a favor and visit the other two in town..always a good experience there.
Nothing worse than waiting 30+ minutes in drive thru to get home and see they messed the order up. I order just one grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato mayonnaise cheese and bacon.. I get this.. Will not be back to this location.
I’m from indiana, and on vacation. Driving along the highway we seen a sign for Bojangles, and we figured it was somewhere new and we have never been so we stopped for breakfast and oh my lanta was it great! The drive through was relatively fast, pretty cost efficient for two people, and the employees were very nice. The food was hot, delicious, and the hashbrowns were amazing. Such nice flavor! I’m only sad we don’t have one back home. I’d come back again and again.
