Best seafood between here and Morehead City !!!! Red Lobster don't even compare !!!! Go at least once a week !!!!Excellent food, excellent cook, clean , friendly folks !!!!
Lobby was closed at time of visit. But drive thru was fast. Food was hot. And they put extra seasoning like I asked on the fries.
Don't go around 5 PM on a Wednesday.Sat at the window for ten minutes after I paid and got my drink, getting ignored as I listened to 3 employees talking about Isahana(guess I should've gone there). After 10 minutes the person that took my order asked me "did I already get your money?" And then decided to figure out where my simple chicken sandwich was.
If you have never tried a Cheddar-Bo biscuit from Bojangles you are really missing out. If you have a few minutes to wait ask for one fresh out of the oven. This Bojangles has a very friendly staff, fairly quick service and, the dining room and bathroom is usually neat and clean.
With 2 cars ahead of me I waited in line over 25 minutes... nobody apologised for the wait... barely even spoke. Car behind me left mad... guy in kitchen comes walking by the window cussing... saw me and said "my bad"... there was nobody trying to move faster than a sloth. I called and spoke with the "manager" who was rude and blamed their very poor service on having no help. Well, maybe you should get the help you do have to actually care that they have a job. Will be reporting to TSANDS as well. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT.
The dining room was closed around 7:30 so I had to wait in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes. At that point I assumed everything was made to order.
Avoiding the drive thru, I found it would be quicker to go in i was I wrong. Upon entering the restaurant I could tell there must have not been any management present the employees were laughing yelling back and forth very loudly and totally acting unprofessional.
I went dec. 8th 9:05 pm and the girl and drive threw who took order took it and wrong and when we corrected it she got an attitude huffing a puffing being so rude to me in the drive threw barley wanting to speak, her and another girl who she called out to as mya were making rude comments and talking bad about me when the girl taking my order said “ she wanted another biscuit” and rolled her eyes the girl mya yelled out “bruh” and complained not wanting to do it and then our fries were the wrong size as paid for when corrected they got attitude and got aggressive never returning here as we have come for years and will be telling others to stay away from that toxic environment!

Gets busy first thing in the morning but had a great staff and they were on point ?
