First of all, I love Bojangles.... great food...I have tried almost everything on the menu... good stuff...... today's visit was a little different....the drive thru line was long so I went inside hoping it would be quicker...I placed my order... pretty simple... sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo and a bacon biscuit combo.... while waiting I could hear the lady behind the counter calling back to the kitchen for a bacon biscuit every 5 minutes... people were placing their orders behind me...most orders were long and complicated... about 6 people behind me got their orders before me... several ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits but a bacon biscuit was holding my order up.... just prior to getting my order, a guy from door dash came to the front of the line and within minutes was demanding his order with no consideration for the people already in line....he's there waving his phone like a fast-pass at Disneyland.....the wait was long but the food was good....I guess my rating and complaint revolve around the many communication errors and chaos in getting the food out to the customer....and if Door Dash is listening, your employees are no better than the rest of us in the line...as a matter of fact, I am a full paying customer and don't expect a kickback from Bojangles
Dont wait until an hour or 2 before closing to go there. The fries are always hard and hollow like they were re dropped in the fryer. Im always told to pull forward and watch other cars pull forward and park. Usually they get their food before I do which isn't exactly fair but I do get the large family special. If you ask for fries with no seasoning they will have to fry them fresh. I just use my own Cajun seasoning. On my last visit I pulled forward and waited for 20 minutes until there was no line and walked back to the window abd they immediately handed me my food. So I'm guessing they had forgotten I was waiting.
No strips. No courtesy. Asked for a refund and went to the Gizzard and Livers store instead. Pork chop sandwich was great.
Glad Wilson has made a new one!! Hopefully, they'll get a new, well trained staff ..instead of the young, lazy staff they currently have!! Also, the managers should be more proactive!
On this particular day, there was no line inside. My order was taken as soon as I got to the register. The employees took care to make sure my meal was prepared correctly and had everything I might need. I was in and out faster than if I had waited in the drive thru like I normally would have. The three cars waiting to order made me go inside.
Line moves faster bow that the outside speaker is fixed. The crew was organized and the food was FRESH & HOT!
This place was awful! Went to the drive thru and they were making so much noise she couldn’t hear our order. We said the same thing 6 times before leaving. When we drove by the window there were about 8 workers standing around laughing and the door to the dining room was locked.

The staff are not friendly or even acknowledge you. The place is dirty. I noticed that the dining room attendant was missing or maybe he was the one who sat at a table and played on his phone the whole time of our visit. Floors, counters and windows need to be cleaned. Our BBQ sandwiches were good though.
