I went in yesterday with my mom. The place was a mess. All the employees were arguing and cussing at each other very loud! Throwing food at each other. Dropping food on purpose. The cashier walked away multiple times to get in the arguments! Leaving us and other customers in line waiting. Food was sitting up there getting cold. Alot of people were walking out. I have never seen such a disorderly place in my life. Definitely need a new entire crew!
Went to the Arby’s on Forest Hills in Wilson at about 7:30pm. The person at the drive thru was so rude, to me and the car in front of us. We were in a hurry and failed to check our bag before we left the parking lot (it’s a shame we have do do that in the first place). When we got home we found half our order missing. We live far enough away, that we can’t just run back up there. We shouldn’t have to. This is Arby’s job to serve the public. We pay, you provide, that’s how it works. If your workers don’t want to do their job, get rid of them! I hate to feel that way, but my customers would quite hiring us if we did that. To top it off, they wouldn’t answer the phone. How many people did they rip off tonight?
The rude person in the drive thru was talking about my loud car. How rude I didn't appreciate one bit. She should have made sure my food was hot instead of talking about my car. My beef and cheddar was cold and sorry. It will a long time before I go back if I go back. My car may be loud but it's getting me back and forth. It carried me to a restaurant that gave me cold food and sorry Service. I should have went somewhere else.
A little difficult to get in to from the main road. Place is clean, usually fast and the staff is friendly and work well even when a bit busy.
Went through the drive through, had to wait for my order, when it finally came Brittney brought the order out and I told her she forgot my drink, she told me to either drive around or go in because she wasn't coming back out. She was so Rude..
Did not get the name of the employee running drive thru at exactly 2:38 pm today. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I am without a doubt disappointed in the customer service my husband and I were given today. Saw a hiring sign, I can see why.
Sat in the drive through for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and than made me wait 5 more minutes before they took my order, the girl working the drive through was rude, my food was just thrown into the bag, the onion dip lid wasn’t on all the way so it leaked everywhere, I don’t think we will be back
1-16-22, 6:30 pm, crew needs to be slapped. >>>>> seriously botched order. Junk, unhappy yet hungry people all disappointed. Just fill out this incredibly lengthy and annoying questionnaire and we'll blame someone else. Just admit you f-cked up and it would be cool. Nope. Not us. K-bye.Good job. Our bad for being lazy mutherf-ckers. This is the world. Yuck.
Clean store, well staffed. Same consistent quality food. Food prep time took longer than normal, but they appeared to be training multiple people, prep time will likely decrease once they are trained.
