TRASH!!!! Do no eat here!!! I ordered the grilled chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was UNDER COOKED, I asked for no bacon on the mashed potatoes (I can NOT eat pork) and there was bacon. Employees walked passed me numerous of times, I even called the restaurant and watched two employees look at the phone and put it down without answering. The manager finally came out of the kitchen to welcome me smh horrible customer service. While staff needs to be trained
Ordered the parm steak and shrimp dinner 3 of us got that, mines was median rare, the steak was well done, very very fatty and chewy it was so nasty, too small and well over cooked sent back to get the same steak and plate with cold food. Arrived about 4 pm, also me and my family Ordered drinks I got the top shelf long Island ice tea, nothing about it was a long Island, it was horrible. I have given this place chance after chance, my bill was over 90 dollars for nothing didn't touch my drink, paid left a tip and will not return. No manager was there to help either. SMH
Easy parking +easy access for wheel chair. Good atmosphere. Great service. Rather expensive for a tiny somewhat tough steak. However, my daughter had an absolutely marvelous dish of parmesan lemon Chicken and the one bite I had melted in my mouth. Spent $43 and left a little hungry.My first and perhaps last visit.
I visited here today and it looks nice on the inside overall. However, no one came to seat me, they just kept looking at me and trying to find other things to do other than seat me. Needless to say I walked out because I was standing there looking foolish! I’m sure the food was good but I never got seated so I will not be able to rate that part.
Worst experience ever. Said there was a wait which is fine. Sat at the bar got service. The lady took our drink and our FOOD order then after bout 30 min she came and asked if we wanted to order. So needless to say it cost me 22$ for a drink and a app. Will NOT be back!!!!
Unfortunately this Apple bees is one of the worst restaurants I’ve encountered here in Wilson. They’re always slow and messing up orders. All of my orders were placed to go or through DoorDash and they all were missing or the food was cold and soggy. Order wonton tacos to my order was supposed To be ready for pick up by 4:58pm I didn’t receive my order until an hour later and when I did the food was cold and my wonton tacos was so soggy I needed a fork. Mind you I spoke to a manager twice before they finally brought my food out
We always receive excellent service at Applebee's in the Wilson, NC restaurant. One of my favorite items is their French Onion soup, which is difficult to find in this area, and Applebee's is second to none! This is one of my favorite eating establishments in the area.
Horrible service. Appetizer, salads and entree's all came out at once. Ordered an adult beverage as we sat down and didn't get it until I went to the bar to ask for it after my meal had arrived (20 min later). It wasn't busy or crowded. Just poor service.
We had a party of 8 and it took me asking for a server to get service. Everyone got there food except me and all I got is a cheeseburger. When it finally came out it was wrong. This is the second time we have been here and the service was terrible. We will not be coming back to Applebee's again!
Arrived and sat at the bar about 5:40PM yesterday. A bartender and server were both behind the bar most of the 7 minutes my wife and I sat there. Neither of them even took the time to say hello. We ended up walking out and going to Chipotle.One other thing of note, the general atmosphere at this Applebee's felt more like a poorly run dive bar than a family bar and grill.
