If someone orders a extra side of frys give them a side not just a pinch. Chicken was soggy as well. Terrible experience.
Tell ya this... Zaxby's on Carolina Bch rd has it goin' on. Their staff are very attentive about orders, their promptness make good food into GREAT food!
The chicken was very tender. I got the strips. The french fries were all right I just thought there was too much of the seasoning on it for me. I met my family there for mother's day and just had a wonderful time

Mediocre. Our first and probably last time at a Zaxby's. Was really excited about the crinkle cut fries, they were hot and fresh but mushy. The chicken tenders and sandwiches we got were ok, not the staffs fault, they were great but the food is eehh.
This place deserves zero stars! The lobby is absolutely disgusting! There's trash all over the tables and on the floors! The drain tray on the drink machine is filled with ice that's dropping in the floor! There's no tea or napkins in the lobby! They are all goofing around in the back instead of taking customer orders! I almost walked out because I got tired of waiting for them to acknowledge me! Finally got my food and was totally ignored when I tried to ask for tea! Absolutely ridiculous and everyone needs to be fired! I truly hope the owner sees this!
Uneducated coustomer service. Lack of English and respect. Food was undercooked (soggy bread and french fries). Your zackbys has ruined it for every other one. Thanks! I'd suggest getting some employees who actually care to provide good customer service.
Ate in. Pricey but tasty. Like soda machine. Toast was soggy. Fried mushrooms yummy.
We ordered the traditional wings meal. It was very good. I only wish there was one here in Leland.
