To each their own, but I wouldn’t want to eat from this place: even two and a half years after the start of the pandemic, they still let ALL the customers (booger-picking kids, adults who don’t wash after using the restroom, construction workers, etc) touch the bags the sandwiches go in, then the sandwich makers touch the bags while preparing food without changing gloves in between. Also, even when the place isn’t packed, there is somehow always a wait, either because they’re busy or because the staff is in the back fooling around. No thanks!
Love this place!!! When they say “superior sandwiches “ they mean it! Have ate at this establishment four times now and my order was perfect and delicious every time! The staff is always super friendly and love the vibe of this place. * Splurge and pay a little extra for the large drink, you get a super “wichin” plastic cup to take home!
I love the sandwiches and fries if you get the right order 2x in a row I have gotten the wrong sandwich and no fries. Until recently service was fine. But recently waiting over a half an hour for my order. (Which when I got home was wrong ) They seem very disorganized. And don’t order ahead online. Your order will never be ready. Very disappointed.
It was horrible from staff not knowing what to do, to food being the worse! I couldn't eat my wrap due to veggies were old, bread stale. No tea items and finally got a Pepsi and the syrup was out. This place should not be opened.
I visited the Wich Wich at The Pointe for the first time on Saturday. There were only two other customers in the restaurant. The staff seemed confused and directionless. The dining area was filthy. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen a Wilmington eatery THAT dirty, ever. We were getting our sandwiches to go, the staff couldn't figure out that "to go" orders need to be bagged. The food was in no way Superior. If we had not already paid for our sandwiches, I would have left. On the plus side, we didn't get sick. Never again!
This is one of the better Which Wich restaurants I've been to. The sandwiches were perfectly made and not just thrown together like most of these places. Great job and good food!
Just tried this place for the first time. Disappointed. Bread is stale. Buffalo chicken has no flavor - never thought that would be possible. Had to wait extra because they failed to make my fries with my sandwich. I give it 2 stars because the manager was nice. Food... nope.

I had the Grinder with regular toppings and sliced olives and a spicy four-pepper giardiniera. The sandwich was oven toasted, sliced in half diagonally, wrapped in aluminium foil, then wrapped in butcher paper and brown bagged with a napkin.I nearly inhaled this sandwich, it was soooo good!! Everything was perfecto! I went into the shop after my sandwich, and complemented them on a sandwich well done. The counter guys were very nice and appreciated the compliment. I should mention that the sandwich was so loaded I took half home for the next day's lunch.Everything about this sandwich shop was top notch! My only little complaint is that the shop interior was so cold, we would have needed mittens if we had eaten inside. It was a winter 70's day so we ate at the patio tables and chairs outside.I love this sandwich shop; the sandwich I had was positively delicious! You should try this sandwich shop; i think you'll be delighted.
Service was speedy and my sandwich was Cold as specified. Sandwiches themselves were wrong. Dont expect taken off items to be taken off or changes made at the register to be on it. I live 45 minutes out. Check your food when you get it.
