First of all no one should complain about a $ 1.07 biscuit. I have tried them both, the sausage egg and cheese also the bacon egg and cheese. I found the bacon to be very, very thin and over cooked to the point that it becomes brittle and falls out of the biscuit when eaten. Therefore I have elected not to ever eat one again. Now to the point. What I can complain about is wasting my time. I drove past my workplace to get to Wendy's, I then ordered a sausage egg and cheese and when I got to work found a bacon egg and cheese in my bag given to me by the nice lady at the to go pick-up window. Not wanting to be disappointed again I elected to throw the bacon egg and cheese in the trash and not having any breakfast. Waste of my time for fifteen dollars an hour employees not getting my order correct. But hey folks you got several other million customers to satisfy. Why worry about getting orders correct.
The only reason this got a two star is because the food was actually fresh. We sat for an hour for this food. When we passed the first window, some employees waved at us when they could’ve been working. When we got to the window they seemed to have no idea what our order was. Eventually we got our drinks. And 15 minutes later got most of our food. Another 5 minutes until we got the last sandwich. I understand 8 cars takes a while, but not that long.
Soooo slow. Had a full staff. No reason to take as long as it did. Even with a mobile order I was in line for more then 30 after leaving the menu. Not to mention the time it took me to actually make it to the menu. Then they left an entire meal out of my bag so I had to go back and get it. They made it wrong again so I still had to return it, but the 3rd time was the charm. I definitely won't be returning to this location during the evening hours anymore. This is ridiculous. Thankfully the young man that was handing orders out at the window was super nice and apologetic. They need some serious help at this location or I don't see it prospering very well.
Order was wrong. Smh...when I received the corrected order...it was still wrong. Not the cashiers fault even though she yawned the entire time. I ordered a single with cheese mustard and ketchup - no bun. Received a single with cheese mustard ketchup on a bun. When I received the "corrected" order...it was a single with cheese and onions- that is it!...cold burger, cold cheese, warm onions... very disgusting as was the sandwich maker. I understand employee shortages. It is very sad how desperate of a position employers are in.
Messed up my order, didn’t give me my receipt or straw in the bag and I didn’t realize it til I had left. I was missing a sandwich that I’m sure they charged me for. They lack professionalism and customer service but it wasn’t that bad just kind of sloppy with service but it’s fast food so I get it. The lady didn’t apologize for messing up my order or anything she seemed upset lol! I told her thank you she just said “uh huh” it was weird and offensive she could’ve apologized and said no problem listen Wendy’s if you don’t get better employees with great customer service skills your business is going to fail it’s that simple. Idk why she seemed upset I’m the one that was hungry and order was messed up!! I would say this location needs to improve their customer service skills and professionalism seems like they are ignorant when it comes to taking care of business. I knew I should of went to Chick Fil A by Bank of America ? go to the Wendy’s on shipyard if you want Wendy’s this one will mess up your order and act like they are too upset to fix it lacking manners and people skills. They gave me two burgers I asked for one burger and one chicken sandwich I was missing the chicken sandwich. I like the lady with the colorful hair idk what happened to her but y’all need her.
I’ve literally been sitting in the drive thru of the College road location for nearly 45 minutes. I waited to be helped one car at a time which isn’t a big deal I get it your probably understaffed. Proceed to order with a woman who sounds like she’s ready to quit but again I get it, maybe she had a long hard day like I have. Get to the window and have my food shoved in my face and as I pull away I realize that there’s no nuggets in my bag. I figure okay I’ll go inside. Nope. No signs that dining room is closed. Just locked doors. I knock on the door. Nothing. Okay maybe call the store try to get someone to help me. Nope. Someone picks up the phone and hangs up immediately. Twice. So I sit in the drive thru for another 20 minutes watching one car order, pay, and leave before they even attempt to help the next person. I finally make it to the window and I’m definitely a little ill at this point but I still politely explained my situation and she tells me to pull around. I pull around and the same woman that shoved the food in my face before nearly tosses the nuggets in my car window and then slams the window shut without checking that everything was okay. I feel disrespected and dissatisfied with this service and I can tell you I’m not going back.
Didn't get my order right, as always...I don't understand why this job is so HARD for ppl to comprehend. Why can't they ever get orders right. This is the most simple job to have. And still it comes out wrong. You are reading orders on how to make ppls food. But you don't take the time to read the order instead you just make them as usual and keep going..Keep on keeping on, by doing this and something that's not to be added because someone is allergic to whatever it maybe, example mayo, onions..Y'all are bad for not reading it all the way thru. Wait til you do this an cause someone to have a allergic reaction..???
This store never has mobile delivery orders at least thats what they claim. It doesn't seem to matter if its 5 minutes after the order comes in or 20 they never have them. UPPER MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE THERE IS SOMETHING EITHER WRONG WITH YOUR NETWORK OR YOUR EMPLOYEES JUST DONT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB NO OTHER WENDYS IN THIS AREA GIVES THIS PROBLEM IF YOU CANT HANDLE DELIVERY ORDERS REMOVE YOUR SELF FROM THE OPTIONS.
I got family chili, which was good. Service was deplorable. 30 minutes in drive thru. Kid in the pay window was more worried about texting than running my card.
Quick drive thru the food was ok but not hot when I got it.
