Loud and food was cold. Nice servers though.
We came in at 9pm, they only had 3 tables and the bar open, most seats were taken. We were told to take a seat when a table was cleared they would seat us. We decided to order and go. That took forever and the orders were wrong. The food we got was good but we were not impressed by the staff.
It was busy but they handled it. Food was awesome. And the portion was filling.
These guys kill it! Understaffed, busy, and they are totally on their game. Anyone complaing about 2 people total serving the whole restaurant can buzz off!! Here on Mother's Day night 2022 at 11pm.
Well they were very short staffed it was a little busy that was understandable but with what help they had they could not keep up with the customers they had in there and others coming in. Food was cold when we got it and everyone was getting wrong orders or hair was in the food. They absolutely could not keep up with the few people they had working, they should not have opened if they could not Handel it.
Disappointed they didn't have the T-bone steak. The sirloin steak they had just was not as good. But the service was great. Highly recommend this restaurant.
20 minutes wait for a waffle on the go is not acceptable . In fact they asked me to pay second time. Then I had to show them my bills. Very rude inhuman behavior in all my trips.
Less than impressed. If I could give store 1116 zero stars I would but one star will have to do..Manager on duty was lazy, never once greeted my party or any party that entered this restaurant. He was fully aware of an employee that was in the womens bathroom picking at her face. I was starting to think she had a flesh eating disease until I noticed she couldn’t control her body. I will make sure to avoid this Waffle House in the future.
I went to this location i was surprised that my order didn't take long at all! The food & service was good too.
We grabbed breakfast there both days of out stay and were impressed by both the friendliness of the staff as well as the cleanliness. LOOK I know WH gets a bad rep for being not the cleanest of places but this place was nearly spotless!! The food was on point. Service was spectacular. TRY THIS WAFFLE HOUSE You will be impressed.
