The staff here is awesome, truly unique in Wilmington. The food was good, they had some technical difficulties, but it was still a great show. The staff handled the sound issues so well I thought they were doing a comedy bit for a while. I've heard pretty negative things about the owners, but I would recommend you go for the staff and the show.

I made reservations online for a special occasion and was notified that they had been canceled by them. Have tried multiple times to find out why and left a message which was never returned. Impossible to get through. Place looks cool but customer service is a zero.Update: I was contacted and they are working to resolve the issue. Seems there has been a series of unfortunate events that led to this both with weather and Open Table. Looking forward to visiting and hopefully everything gets resolved.

If you haven’t heard of The Sorrow Drowner, you’re missing out. My husband took me on a surprise date night to the show tonight and OH MY GOD. Everyone needs to go asap. We had the BEST time. The drinks (even my mock tail) were delicious, the food was incredible, and the performers were out of this world. MAJOR props to the resident cast and crew for just blowing anything I’ve seen in town absolutely out of the water. Could not say enough about this experience to truly do it justice. ??

Beautiful spot in Wilmington, if you want to feel welcomed and enjoy good drinks with a good cast you need to go here. Shout out to Constance.

What a fun and unexpected evening! The Sorrow Drowner and their cast transport you to another time with their amazing decor, themed cocktails and quirky skits. Such a fun date spot or a great place to take a group. Reservations are a must!

Seriously obsessed with the place. Shocked that it’s in Wilmington, tbh. Amazing, detailed design! They really did an incredible job renovating it. The drinks are pricey but they are STRONG and AMAZING. Plus they have dole whip. You can’t go wrong. Haven’t been to a show night yet but I enjoy just going whenever and taking it all in. Can’t wait to stop by again soon

This was my view during a previous show. I had a completely blocked view of the band. I paid that same as every other table (it was a ticketed event) and was place in the worst table of the house. I have tried to reach out on Facebook but have received no answer. The idea is good… food, service… eh… drinks are great.

A fantastic experience! Went on a Saturday night with four friends and had a delightful time and would definitely recommend to people to visit. The drinks and food were pricey but delicious. I would also note that with an equivalent experience you would normally have to pay for entrance so I didn't mind paying more for food and drinks. The actors were incredibly talented and delightful as well as the burlesque dancer shouldn't change a thing. The jazz Singer was highly talented but could improve her stage presence, though that will probably come with practice. Personally the only act we didn't enjoy was the comedian and that was due to him running jokes for too long and not knowing how to read the room. Our only complaint came at the end of the evening they were blasting music remarkably loud which was made it hard to talk while we where waiting for our checks. When making the reservations I made it for four people instead of five but when I called the evening that I was supposed to be going they quickly adjusted my reservation to allow for the extra person. So in summary: fantastic place, delicious food, delightful drinks, and excellent entertainments.

SO MUCH FUN. Also amazing drinks.

Don't miss this place! Fantastic staff . Awesome weekend show
