The best breakfast I have ever had! Went there around 9:30-10am with a group of 6 it wasn’t very busy and we were seated immediately. All of the staff we met were friendly. The place just has a cool vibe. There are lots of interesting things on the wall like a fish with money in its mouth. Its fun to look around at everything! I got the huevos rancheros and the flavor was amazing! Will definitely come back to this place if we’re ever back in town!
The minute I walked in I knew this was a great spot. The endless collections and tchotchkes are fabulous enough. Add a terrific breakfast selection, full bar and excellent friendly service and I'm sold! Oh yeah, the food is top notch. It was early so I opted to be boring and had eggs with grits and sausage. Almost a sin with the menu so inviting. However, delicious and best grits ever. I wii return frequently.
The atmosphere of the place is full of cool classic entertainment memorabilia that makes for great conversations. The staff was friendly and the food was good. If in the area stop by and try the Monte Cristo Benedict
Always delicious!! Pictured is huevos rancheros, biscuits & gravy, calz-omelette and traditional. There are a few staples we get from the menu but typically always pick from the specials which I highly recommend. Service is always top notch.
Best brunch we’ve ever eaten. Had the bloody Mary’s (YUM), Kegs Benedict, and Steak and Eggs. All beyond fantastic. Cool vibe and great staff.
Great find, breakfast until 4pm! This is a laid back, but a jewel of a place. Will be back.
Went for breakfast on a recent visit to Wilmington. We entered and didn't know what to expect because it looks like a regular bar...and it is. However it ends there. The sausage gravy is incredible with biscuits! The rest of the breakfast was great as well. Left there stuffed, happy and at a very reasonable price. You gotta try Keg and Egg!!
We were there for breakfast and the music, atmosphere, staff and food are all amazing. Both staff members that we spoke to were really nice, helpful and pretty funny. We had mimosas with our breakfast and I got the sausage gravy with their "loaded" (can't remember the name, sorry) hash browns and they were to die for. If you're in the area visiting, I highly recommend The Keg and Egg
It's really a happy place to go! the servers are the best. They understand that coffee is is a priority to start the day!
