The sign says open but the door is closed and lock ? I prefer the subway off of college more better than this place
Y'all really sent me a sandwich with raw bacon today via uber eats and then dumped the whole container of pickles on it didn't ya? Service just keeps getting worse through the years.

The girl behind the counter had no idea how to make a steak and cheese melt. She proceeded to get upset when I told her to melt the cheese.
Management still hasn’t fixed their hours on google or on the temporary hours sign on the door. Same experience as another reviewer that the staff is annoyed to have customers come through the door. Staff actually sent customers away 20 minutes before the closing time. Never have I been to a business that doesn’t want a sale.
Went to the subway in murrayville today. No complaints other than they were out of meatballs. But my daughter just picked something else she liked.

One worker did not wear a mask the entire time and the other was rude and had zero customer service experience.
Went in to use a coupon to get two foot long subs. Manager and workers were very polite and helpful.
Thank you so much for being open during normal business hours! NOT. Instead of legitimate signage posted on the front door, we were met with a handwritten note that read, "temporarily closed." Uh huh.. and the beautiful weather outside at 2:00 on a Wednesday wouldn't have anything to do with that? I've had horrible experiences at this Subway (even down to a manager screaming at a customer a year and a half ago-and yes, I have video of it) and every time I go, it seems as though I'm an imposition for even stepping foot in the door. Hire people who need jobs; don't hire stuck-up teenagers who refuse to speak to you while making your sub (or yell at you for asking where your pick-up order is). This review is LONG overdue, but today just pushed me over the edge. Subway, I hope you take this review into account because your workers at this store are severely lacking character and work ethic.
