I went there for my birthday to claim my birthday drink. It didn’t show up on my app but the nice baristas gave it to me anyway.
This is quite possibly the busiest Starbucks i have ever seen in all of NC. They always have coldbrew stocked so it’s a 5/5 for me.
I just absolutely LOVE this Starbucks!! You guys always make my drink perfect, I know I am a bit extra and get extra espresso shots and syrup pumps but you guys always do it so perfectly. Thank you for being so awesome! I am a huge fan!
Typical Starbucks quality and friendly staff. Slowest drive though of any Starbucks in town. If there's more than 3 or 4 cars go to another location if you'll pass one on your route.
Drive thru line moved very quickly and our order was correct and tested great. The staff was very friendly.
It's a cold Monday morning and I came in to do some work while visiting my father. Wow, this crew has been hoppin' all morning! The drive-thru hasn't slowed down all morning, and the crew has been cheerfully serving for hours. Excellent energy!
I’ve been getting the same drink daily for months, it’s a menu item so it is not like it’s something that’s difficult or specialty to me personally. I don’t make any adjustments to the drink either. I usually go to the store on independence as it is on my route to work every day however we went here today while running errands.I ordered my drink and what they gave me was just sweetened oat milk, it’s supposed to have 4 shots of espresso in it. I asked if he could fix it, and he continued to say it was made correctly. I’ve worked in customer service and restaurants for years while in high school and college, so I didn’t want to make a fuss or be annoying so I just left and went to my store. Side to side you can see it’s very obviously just sweetened oat milk.Things happen, people make mistakes, it’s never ever something that bothers me. Usually I would just not say anything but I wanted coffee so I did. I wouldn’t leave a bad review if they fixed the drink but he only offered me a single shot of espresso for a drink I paid over 7$ for.
Came in to get a latte and received service fast with a friendly atmosphere. I enjoy the modern design and theme of the establishment and will continue coming here in the future.
We ordered online and picked up in store. Everyone was nice. They were very busy but still smiling.
Always perfect beverages. Bathroom was clean & baristas were all wearing their masks.
