Very large store with inside and outside seating area.
Hannah, the manager at this location was the epitome of customer service. She paid attention to every detail, for a larger coffee order, and did it with a smile! She bagged them in a manner that they wouldn’t spill in my car, so thoughtful! I’ve asked other locations to help with a large order (giving them a day ahead) and it’s generally met with agitation.Hannah deserves a raise, she should put on a clinic for other stores on what good customer service looks like.
35 minutes after ordering aheadDrink was curdled and then had to be redone....Slowest drive-thru in WilmingtonEmployees don't like to talk to you. All other Starbucks are wonderful.

I ordered through Uber eats and unfortunately my driver forgot half of my order. I suffer from migraines and the half that was forgotten happened to be the only two caffeinated drinks in the order ? The manager is amazing, he brought them out to me in porters neck and quite literally saved my day as I was starting to really struggle. I'm a single mom so driving out there wasn't an option at the moment either. The drinks are delicious as always and this kind of customer service is something that I'm not used to from most businesses. Thank you so much ?
Usually when I go to Starbucks it’s pretty consistent. This location obviously doesn’t know how to make drinks correctly. Ordered a Cappuccino and was 90% milk and 10% espresso. Tastes like warm milk. Also got a sweet cream cold brew. The creme to coffee ratio was ridiculous. Some people like to ACTUALLY taste the coffee. Really a disappointment.
I got a cappuccino and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had it tasted like warm milk didn’t taste any espresso.
