Came in to get a coffee and they didn’t have white mocha, and I had no plan b coffee. The lovely person at the counter, Eddie, helped me find a drink I’d like and tossed around options with me til we found one. Bonus points, cause it was AMAZING. The staff here has always been so friendly, suggestive with drink ideas, and accommodating wherever they can, but Eddie really topped the experience by far!!
This location consistently has the fastest drive-thru times of any Starbucks in Wilmington. If you haven't been in awhile, they've recently remodeled, and the indoor dining area is very welcoming. There's plenty of outside seating as well. The staff are really cool and always up for giving suggestions. If you're a morning person, ask for Carter! She's so sweet and cute. I'm sure she doesn't mind that I kept glancing at her while I was eating my breakfast.Anyway... I'm vegan and this location is always very consistent and accommodating with their milk alternatives. In terms of vegan food options, don't get tricked by the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. I usually order a plain bagel with avocado spread and sriracha.
This is for Jess. She was absolutely positively one of the most upbeat workers i’ve ever seen. She made me believe she loved her job and enjoyed working with customers. She made our morning in the drive through line. I didn’t catch the Barista at the windows name but she was a joy as well. I’ve never had a bad experience here but Jess and the others working made sure I had a great one that day. You guys are awesome!!
I never go to Starbucks due to having a bad experience every time. I try to get a veto before I get my wisdom teeth out and they give me a plain bagel with no cream cheese. Who wants to eat plain damn bread. I don’t know why I thought I’d ever have a good experience with this chain. Worst experience ever.

Fast service relative for the time of day. Drive thru line a little congested with impatient coffee junkies as expected. Don't try and follow basic traffic laws of keeping an intersection cleared or they will cut the line in front of you.

You guys always make my drink right, no matter how extra I am! I work across the street from this Starbucks and it is my lifeline and the way I make it through long shifts. Thank you Starbucks on College near New Center, you guys are the best!I sat here and read some of these reviews and people are so ridiculous! The things people complain about are so trivial.....
Pistachio Frappe was great. Service was quick and server was courteous. Will continue to visit often.
