This location has the best and the most friendly baristas.
The past few times I stopped at the Starbucks on Oleander, I was disappointed. This was always my favorite! Now it is unkept, coffee area not stocked , trash around ! My order is not correct! My husband snd I ordered together, he hit his drink I waited another 10 minutes for mine! A lady waiting said that she recently has had the same problem, Think I’ll nix this place for a while !
I have always loved this Starbucks because they never get my order wrong and always have so much enthusiasm but I had an outstanding customer service experience with Nathan, he not only fixed another Starbucks order after they messed up my drink twice but he was super kind and helped fix the situation! I will only go to this Starbucks now ! Amazing

Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where you go, good coffee and it is always consistent. The staff is usually pretty consistent no matter where you go nationwide.
This starbucks usually gets my order right but the drinks are always a little off. For example, their iced drinks have too much ice or their lattes have too much milk.
Friendly, spacious store, handling covid safety well, and doing a great job with customer service. Store is easy to get into and out of
Consistently has the worst customer service in Wilmington, Just don’t even bother. Everyone there is clearly miserable, stood at the counter for five minutes and no one offered to help me.
