What used to be our favorite fast food burger place has been steadily going downhill the last few months. This was the place to go for a really good burger and fries and the wait staff was always super cool and polite. Lately though the burgers aren't getting seasoned hardly at all, leaving them with a rather bland taste and the fry oil not changed frequently enough, making the fries overly greasy and having a burnt flavor. Plus this last trip one of the male servers was constantly looking at their phone and walking very slowly, which was causing a back up with the customers getting their food. Thank God the female server was trying her best!A majority of their parking/dining spots are still closed off months after the COVID cases have diminished, making it tough some times to find a spot. We've seen people making laps in the parking lot looking for an opening only to drive away because of this. Oh, and forget about using their app to order ahead and to try to take advantage of the half price drinks as this location is not using this service. Closest one that is is located in Jacksonville. App always says it is not available there at this time and when we mentioned it to the server they told us they know about it and that's as far as it goes. Plus if you like getting hit up for money by homeless people while trying to enjoy your meal then this is the place for you!
If it wasn't for the good food I would rate it ONE star, staff was absolutely horrible. Not friendly, order was wrong, things were completely forgot and had to ask for them THREE times before it was brought out, by then we were done eating.
Wanted to give this a try. Burger was good! Nothing to get excited about and definitely better than McDonald’s or Burger King ( no disrespect) Kinda of fun how they bring it out to your car.
The biggest problem here is the grease isn't changed often enough and you can always tell. But the employees are always professional.
Fast, convenient The only disappointment of this experience was the fact that they false advertised. I went there expecting a wonderful happy experience and was completely disappointed hey the fact they did not deliver my food on rollerskates as they previously advertised in commercials. Whatever though.
Definitely improving over the past couple of months. More stalls open, friendly staff, and our order has been correct and fresh the past few times. Just wish they had free refills like other Sonics.
I went on break to get a drink and two corn dogs. Well to my surprise they only had 5 lanes open and I wasn’t able to get lunch. They definitely need to do a better job of keeping there business open.
Food always fresh & my slush is always right on time!!
The restaurunt itself is good. I don't care for the homeless guy on a bicycle who regularly stalks people at the kiosks and cusses them out if they don't give him money though.
This location clearly has issues retaining and hiring staff. For months now entire sections have been taped off due to short staff. Yesterday there were only FIVE spots that were not blocked off. Half the time I come here I leave because there are zero spots available. Maybe pay staff a living wage and make your location a decent place to work, and then you'll have enough employees to keep the place running. Please don't respond if it is going to be the same copied and pasted response on all the other negative reviews.
