Go to this location 3 or 4 times a week. Always a great experience. Staff is always nice and service is all ways quick and correct. The rewards program helps me save a couple bucks. My girls love the smoothies too. party
This is by far the best Smoothie King I've ever been to! Ogden (Market Street) Smoothie King is always the first place I go to start my day and I contribute this mainly to it's staff. Specifically, Taylor! Who is extremely accommodating, genuinely kind and welcoming, an excellent employee who is a hustler at work! There has never been a time I have come in where she is not working hard, serving customers with speed and precision. She is amazing at what she does and she's incredible at making customers feel accommodated, special, and worth the time. I have felt this way since the first time I came into Ogden's location and I will not go to any other Smoothie King, mostly due to Taylor's sincere customer service who always goes above and beyond for me and my *special orders. Thank you Smoothie King Ogden for employing such an amazing person, it has made this store a better one that feels like a second home to me! (Sad, I know but it's how much I love her and my smoothie king smoothies!!) I recommend everyone go to this location if you're unsure, it's no doubt the greatest one out there and wouldn't be the same if not for it's staff like Taylor who go out of their way for customers like myself and who make it stand out from others!Stephanie Tomlin❤️

My shakes weren't drinkable - got the keto protein - chocolate and coffee. Each tasted like some off putting chemical and little else. My wife and I both trashed ours, after $20+

This is a spot on smoothie place. Mostly highschool and college kids working there but they do a good job. There's a staff favorites board they come up with and it's full of delicious but not calorie friendly stuff. Benefit of the type of employee is they are creative and not limited by meager calories. So their concoction s are very good.Calorie friendly options are available as well. I think the place is a bit overpriced though so find be surprised to learn you could have went out for lunch at the price of a smoothie.They also cary proteins and healthy snacks for purchase.
Seems like the staff today were relatively new. A few mistakes were made, but they were corrected gracefully and in a timely fashion. Looking forward to seeing more of them.
Very old short woman with glasses was extremely rude and short with me. This is consistent every time she serves me. She also wasn’t wearing a mask and was coughing. I’ve heard her personal phone conversation yelling over the phone and I’ve witnessed her being extremely rude to other employees. Smoothie also was made wrong. Will not be coming back
Only half the staff were wearing masks and none were wearing gloves. With the skyrocketing Covid infection rates you would think that local stores would adhear to corporate policy. Team members will wear masks and gloves for the foreseeable future, and receive wellness checks before each shift. All high-contact surfaces and seating will be sanitized throughout the day and comply with state & local social distancing guidelines.
