Fried chicken. Moist, flavorful, crispy. Tiny bit salty. Great service. Very clean. Nice location near Tesla Chargers

Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! BBQ is very good!

We went their expecting to get what we ordered and we continued to ask to make sure to get are order right and we live 20 miles away so it’s not a easy drive and we order a large platter of shrimp and we got a shrimp snack and we also got all white chicken and we got mix white and black meat we also really enjoy some chicken and BBQ we are big fans and the past 10 times we went they messed it up we also got the tailgate special and it was wrong and we talked to then on the phone and he said the good thing is they measure their chicken and it was not what we ordered. Bad review cause bad service!

Very friendly service, but lackluster food and confusing menu. I’m fairly certain their calorie counts were wrong—one very reasonable sized meal was supposedly 1200 calories. I got the chicken sandwich, which, while hot, contained nothing but fried chicken and bread. The barbecue plate, which my dad got, came with 6 hush puppies, baked beans, and Brunswick stew, all of which were somewhat mediocre, save for the beans, which were excessively sweet. Finally, for desert, we got “cookies,” which turned out to be Teddy Grams—prepackaged gram crackers in the shape of Teddy Bears. Also, they have a lavatory sink in the dining area. Don’t know why.

The shrimp they had on their menu as if it was regular fried shrimp, do look a lot like popcorn shrimp but it was tasty. The staff is polite and willing to help you with your orders. The wait was not long at all.

I ate at the Smithfield's on market street in Ogden. I had the combination platter with chicken and shrimp with French fries. My chicken was juicy and fresh, comma my shrimp were cooked perfectly ( I wish the shrimp or bigger), My hush puppies were soft and fresh. Mr. Todd at the drive-through I think hes a manager is amazing, super friendly, also offered me a free tea for my wait. I have not been to Smithfield's in a while in Ogden, It was amazing. I'm not sure if they are under new management but if so they are doing a great job, If not they are doing a great job! Thank you! I will be back and take the drove across town.

This Smithfields location is my ALWAYS go to for BBQ and Chicken. However, today was absolutely horrible. My BBQ sandwich was so soggy it completely fell apart when I picked it up. Fries were ice cold after mins on the table. You can hang meat in the dining room. There is no reason to freeze people. I was so cold I was shaking. Wasted my time and money today. It'll be a while before I come back. Not happy.

If you have been to Smithfield's you know. If not you can get your country hankering covered here. The Pork BBQ is North Carolina style, vinegar and red pepper flakes. Fried shrimp are addicting. Fried chicken always hits the spot. Plenty of sides. There may be better chicken and BBQ out there but for quick and convenient Smithfield's is hard to beat.

Just had the driest tender (as I could only eat 1) and soggy fries. I expect better, as they don't charge less for dries out food. I don't mind paying their prices, but this was very disappointing.

Always know what your getting when ordering from Smithfield's. BBQ is delicious and the chicken is always crispy and juicy. The staff are very attentive and have a smile. Always a good food experience.
