So yummy, fresh and quick! My daughter and I stopped by last minute for a bite as we are from out of town, she got a kids sized hibachi rice which is made to order. She picked her protein and veggies where they were then taken to a small hibachi grill and cooked up. I got a brown rice sushi bowl. The veggies were crisp and fresh, and the sauce options were very good. It was a good amount of food and we left filled and happy. Definitely a place we would visit again, we wish there was one back home!
I got the Sumo Bowl with Cauliflower Rice instead of Rice. Delish!!

Great little gem. I never had a sushi burrito before and this place nailed it ?. Super friendly staff, very clean, and quality ingredients.
This place is legit! super friendly staff and delicious food! Also noted seemed to be very sanitary and overall great place and will definitely be coming back

Fantastic place! I cannot believe I'd never heard of it before. Basically Chipotle but for Japanese food. Ingredients are fresh. Food is made/cooked in front of you. Rice bowls, burritos, hibachi bowls. Many selections of meat as well from chicken, steak, tuna to shrimp tempura.
Food was good. Price seemed a little high for the portions on the hibachi dishes, but they are good. Protein and veggies are cut up into smaller bits so it's not prepared exactly like most hibachi. The sushi is good-- cold and fresh. Wonton tacos are amazing but still a bit pricey. Good service -- friendly.
I really enjoy the food here, as it's different yet delicious! However, today I went there at lunch and, while the young lady who fixed my food wore a mask, there was a man working who did not. He was fixing food and leaning over other food talking without a mask on. I am pretty sure the there is a mask mandate in New Hanover county while indoors, so it's really not acceptable for a restaurant employee not be wearing one.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. The people are so nice, and how amazing is getting a massive sushi roll?! And, you can literally create your dream sushi with ingredients you love. We love this place.
