Awesome as always. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Food served hot and fresh. Drink refills came quick.
Been here three times, they are always out of everything. Online orders replace burgers they can't make with the cheapest burgers. Their cream soda is also just sprite with whipped cream on top? Light on the syrup, as well, basically seltzer. The employees are always very sweet, but serious supply chain issues. Also rarely under an hour of wait time.
They were making folks wait at least 15 mins to be seated. The restaurant was not even busy. The bartender brought a trashcan out on the floor to clean a table after the customers were done. Our waiter. Guy is his name was alright, he did check on us once we ran out of drinks. He did finally come back and ask us if we wanted refills. I have eaten at this restaurant alot and never had bad service or had to wait to be seated before. It will be awhile before I go back. Food was good and the 2 gentlemen who brought us are food were awesome.

It was horrible! The place seemed to be run down a bit; there was a smell when we first entered. They were out of most of the kids' menus, and instead of getting the kids tenders we ordered, we were served a but up chicken patty. We ordered two orders and only received 1 and when the second order came out, it was so greasy that we returned it. The chips were burnt and too hard to eat! Never again, I will continue to support local burger spots!
I can't complain, I have not been to a red Robin in 10 years. NOt really our thing.with that being said it was good love the onion rings , fries where good and the burger was good. I will go back.
Pat, our server was being trained, didn't catch the Woman's name training him. They were both very nice, courteous. Everyone there was very nice.
Me and my wife visited at 3 PM, parking lot was empty and very few people inside the restaurant. No hostess, finaly after 10 minutes a person showed up asked how many persons and proceeded to help a person with a pick up order and ignored us. After a while he returned and asked how many again and than disapperered. We were the only people waiting. Another person claiming to be the hostess looked at us very unprofessional and he was unkept. A large party of six arrived behind us. They were serviced immediatly and provided a table. We asked why we got ignored and he ignored us again. We voiced our disatisfaction with the lack of service and his unprofessionalism, he shucked his shoulders and left us alone. That was the point we decided to leave the restaurant. We were a big fan of Red Robin, not any more!
Food was good . The service was great!!! Awesome wait staff. However, the dining area floors were slippery like grease, and dining tables weren't cleaned well. Hopefully, the cook area was better .
