Comfortable, clean and friendly.Oh, and the turkey avo and cucumber was delish! 10 bucks!
I had a ham sandwich which was very good. I brought a sugar cookie and it was tasty too.
My order was placed through Door Dash. The sandwich was bad. The person who made it piled the meat in one spot and toppings were on the other side. I work in the hospital a few blocks away. I will not be a repeat customer. Door dash refused to post this comment.
My wife and decided to try Potbelly Sandwich shop as we were in the area. We ordered a Wreck sandwich which was a generous 12 inches. The Wreck consists of a base of: Roast turkey, smoked ham, roast beef, salami and Swiss. The sandwich is then customized with whatever toppings you desire. Overall it was a good sandwich. Nothing amazing or outstanding but good nonetheless. I only have two complaints regarding the sub. One, I did not see vinegar as an option on the board. I asked specifically for oil and vinegar, a standard on many types of subs. There was no vinegar on the sub which flattened the taste profile somewhat. I do not understand why that is not an option there. Two, the mayonnaise and mustard were put on to generously and as a result made a mess and overpowered the meats and veggies.During our visit the ice machine for the fountain drinks did not have any ice available. The staff was very friendly and polite and the interior is kept very clean. A nice touch is the universal charging cables at each booth.
I pulled into Potbelly’s for a quick bite and to do some paperwork between meetings on the road on a miserable rainy day. I had just come from hearing some pretty Bad news and that, coupled with the chilly bad weather had me in a mood. I was met at the register by Ty and she greeted me with a warm smile and we started a little banter over what I was going to order. She immediately put me in a better mood. She suggested several options and told me to have a seat and she’d remember me and bring my food out. She was absolutely delightful, her recommendations were spot on ( I had the turkey and avocado sub… with pickles ) and she even came back when I was finishing up to ask me how it was and to invite me back again. She changed my whole day!
The food was great! But the service not so much..the cashier acted like she couldn't be bothered with taking our order and was just rude!!! Then my food came out but not my hubby's after 15 min after I got mine we went and asked about his they missed it somehow they were busy I understand but I doubt we will go back. Not good customer service at all
Best sandwich chain! Everything is hot and fresh, restaurant is clean, friendly staff, and pickup orders are always on time. Plenty of outdoor seating on the patio.
Superb sandwiches and excellent food. I get the roast beef and cheese. I too it with onion tomatoes and lettuce. I also get the hot peppers and boy are they delicious. Jen had the meatball sandwich and said it was delicious. We will be back because of the excellent service too. I highly recommend Pot Belly's!!
Fresh. Everything is made to order. Can pre-order to avoid a wait. They have a nice verity of sandwiches, soups, salads, Have a choice of 5 different kinds of soups daily. Can get a 1/2 &1/2 a half of sandwich with a cup of soups or salad. Or half sandwich with a small salad. Or soup & a salad. Also carry cookies & brownies. I enjoy the 1/2 sandwich with a cup of chicken pot pie soup.
I had never been to this establishment before and was standing at the register trying to figure out what to order. The young man at the register did not try to help me in any way. he did not make any suggestions on combinations or lunch specials. I ended up paying about $15.00 for some soup, a sandwich, and a drink. Everything was quite tasty and the only reason for the 4-star rating was the lack of assistance/suggestions from the employee and his lack of knowledge of the meats that were on the sandwiches. Employees should always know what is being served... PERIOD. "LEARN YOUR MENU ITEMS!!!"
