A very cool experience, and honestly the best burger I’ve had in a very very long time! The food is very well priced! You are looking between .$8 and $12 per mean.They have 32 craft beers on tap so it’s an awesome place to hang out with your friend at.The staff are also very friendly.Thank you guys for an awesome time!
We were here for lunch last Sunday, the place was hardly occupied however our food took over 30 mins and we saw the same thing happen with the table next to us and they ended up not eating their food when it arrived as everything was cold. Same with us, the sweet potato fries which was highly recommended was cold and soggy. The BBQ sandwich was ok.. our waitress was running around, I am sure she was doing her best.. may be you need more than one person attending and also some training as I cannot imagine coming here when it’s busy.
I was highly surprised by this restaurant. Though I've been to Philly and had the "cheesesteak" I found this to be very good and generally authentic.Thing was, I didn't want quite authentic and I was happy with all of the choices and add ons.The service was great and the food came out quickly and was extremely hot which was appreciated and the fries were made to perfection.The price was amazing. Even in this time after the pandemic and high inflation it was nice to enjoy a reasonable priced meal. Definitely a great place to enjoy a meal inside or out and will definitely be a go to in Wilmington
I will begin with what was good. The cheesesteak. It was not cut consistently, but the meat had good flavor. One with onions/mushrooms/provolone and one with lettuce/tomato/american. The toppings were flavorful, but the cheese was a bit skimpy. The roll was right. Homemade chips, good. Then the not so good...sweet potato fries come loaded with butter and honey and cinnamon. If you like them that way, you'll be happy. The menu made no mention of this. I sent them back. I was charged for them any way. The server never offered refills on our drink. In fact, she was quite crabby and unpleasant. So, would I go back, about a 50/50 chance.
Biggest disappointment!!! Placed a to go order for a Pizza Philly, Spicy Chicken salad wrap, sweet potato fries and a vanilla shake. Not only was it over priced at close to $40.00 for that small order but the food was terrible. First the way the bag was packed it spilled clarified (not real) cinnamon butter ALL OVER the inside of the entire bag not to mention the rest of the food. The chicken in the wrap was not only questionable but mainly unidentifiable, not worth an upset stomach. Forget the pizza Philly, the sub was so soggy it was complete mush, then the "meat" was all gristle fatty steak. The only thing half way decent was the vanilla shake that was similar to gas station ice cream and twice the cost! I will never return or suggest others to go there.....STAY AWAY!!!
This place was pretty cool. We sat at the bar and had a few beers. I forgot the beer we got but the worst flyer was is in it. Wish I remembered bc it was really good. The onion rings were amazing. The batter didn't pull off the ring. The loaded frys were really good and the cheese steak was really good.
Burgers were amazing. We took BBQ and mushroom ones. Kids got milkshakes. Chocolate and strawberry ones are delicious. Forget when I tasted such a good one last time.Al’s last but not least: price tag super nice. Burgers $8 and $9 and so on.
We were tired one night and ordered delivery from here. The delivery prices were a little high, but that was ok. The cheesesteak was great, but oddly the best thing we ordered was the sweet potato fries, which tasted like a dessert food, as they were covered in butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. We definitely are planning to eat here in person as well!
They seem to focus on beer so if that's your thing stop reading because I didn't have beer.I slipped in for a quick meal. The waitress was brand new and made a few mistakes but she was upbeat and tried.Problem was the food., Especially the namesake cheese steak. It seemed like an afterthought. No time or attention. Hard to screw up too, but they did.Go for the beer, not the cheese steak
