Excellent consistent delivery service and quality. Accurate orders, hot food and delivery within 35 minutes every time. Great job Pizza Hut and this location!
Had an issue with boneless wings sent. Upon opening the box, I was immediately hit in the face with a pungent urine smell. I looked at the wings, some were literally still frozen and the "sauce" was highly questionable as it did look and smell like urine and hot sauce mixed.Called the store to address concern, ask if there was a manager available, the phone was passed to a kid that answers, "hello". No, name given, no how can I help you, just hello, like he was at home talking to his momma. I tell him issue, and his second and only word was..."uhhh", I could hear him asking questions to someone obviously he didn't know how to look something up in computer and asked me for my ticket #. I addressed my issue and was going to ask them to just credit me wings on another day, but apparently it was funny to them, because they could barely contain their laughter and I was put on hold, ( again, not a word said, just muted and hold), then hung up on. I gave this store an opportunity to earn my business again after several years of not using them.I see from other reviews, the same store is just playtime for infantile children. So, our hard money thrown in the trash. Whole order. Tampering with someones food is not a joke, and in hindsight, I should had taken it to the hospital to be tested. Never in my life have I seen such a sorry excuse of store.Absolutely appalling!
This place has no sense of customer service. Hands down the worst experience i have ever had in any restaurant. Their attitude disgusts me and i will never order from here again. They would have zero stars if i could give them that rating

Especially would like to commend all that helped with my phone in order! The third party call center didn't send my order in AGAIN, for the second time!! Knowing this has been an ongoing problem with that service, the manager and staff understood the issue and complimentaried my order. I have never had an issue with the guys there, just with the call center that AGAIN, didn't call in my order. Thanks guys for all that you continue to do in the community!!!

My pizza was made exactly to order and the staff was courteous and professional at pick up.
Great! Short staffed, but everyone still great and food was exactly what we ordered/.
Ordered a pizza and waited 15 minutes to go after it as suggested on the app. When we arrived waited 10 minutes in line while they were preparing someone else's pizza in line ahead of us. Their policy used to have someone arriving early park in a space until it was ready so the ones ready could be picked up. They should go back to that policy.
