The pizza and wings were great, but the service was even better.
Under new management dirty restrooms and if you ask for pan or deep dish pizza they will charge for deep dish. But, your pizza will be hand toss hard crust.
The pizza was delicious and hot just like I ordered! And the young lady that brought pizza to my car was very pleasant. I highly recommend this pizza restaurant.
They advertise a big box deal with traditional wings but when you try to order them they say they’re not part of the deal. They claim to not have them but in the next breath they offer to sell you a side order for extra money. If you look online the deal says traditional or boneless. What they are saying is a big fat lie. And if you try to talk to a manager they’ll never answer the phone to take your complaint. All their orders are routed through San Antonio ,Texas not locally. They’re big on advertising their special while you’re watching the NCAA finals but are falsely advertising what they’re offering. Don’t patronize them. Get a pizza anywhere else.
Let me say as an ex employee at this store everyone there is working HARD. Understaffed, and busy busy. Corporate puts the delivery time the same to look good no matter if we were staffed 2 drivers or full. Be kind, it eventually affected my health because people can be so harsh. We knew we were behind and trying the best.. did you know most nights 1 woman is working 8 am-1 am cooking every single order? No breaks. Put your apartment number on the tickets, be patient and tip.
Went two nights in a row to try to get the special “heart shaped pizza” the first night I waited almost 30 minutes before they told me “we don’t have that tonight” ? then the next night I ordered through the app. And it let me order. I pulled up 20 minutes before it was ready, which was fine. The app then alerted me it was ready. I waited another 10 minutes then went inside to ask about my order. No one greeted me and no one came to the front for another 15 minutes. Then when they did come out the were short and impatient and all they did was complain about the app. “It ain’t ready. I don’t know why the app told you that. I haven’t even put it in the oven yet” she then told me another 15-20 minutes. So we waited over an hour for subpar pizza and service.
Pizza Hut Oleander Dr Wilmington Nc, called and spoke with Scott he was super on helping us order a pizza by phone ( he called it Timed order” so I could order our supper 3pm and it will be delivered 6 pm as we requested and we aren’t put in line with all the other callers at supper time which the time for delivery they are so busy can be 2-3 hours. He was very helpful and informative. Great job Scott!!
We have been waiting 2 hours for our pizza. When we ordered the representative said 30-45 mins.
We waited 2.5 hours for delivery and decided to go pick the pizza up. When we arrived the pizza was just sitting there getting cold. When we got the 1.5 miles home the pizza was Luke warm and the bread sticks had zero seasoning on them.
I place an order last night, the delivery time was 2-1/2 hours, I called about an hour in and they said they were understaffed and this was the reason for the delay, I completely understood! When the pizza arrived the driver apologized again, I feel so bad for these businesses that can't get enough employees...please be patient customers!! The pizza was hot, the order was correct and the food was delicious...worth the wait!!
