great customer service, pizza was delish, ordered some wings too but the breading couldve been more crunchy. their inside isnt open to sit down and eat but open to come in and order
I ordered a couple pizzas and breadsticks the order was messed up a few different ways upon pick up. So that is 2 stars but when I spoke to the manager he was awesome. He was apologetic and made it right for us for our next order. That's why I added 2 more stars for a 4 star experience. He went above and beyond to make up for the mistakes give that man a raise!
Michael is the absolute best manager hands down. He rocked our order out and even delivered on this Mother’s Day. Michael deserves absolute commendation. Give this man what he deserves Pizza Hut!!!
Pizza Hut has been my favorite since I was a little kid. When I moved from NJ to NC I was sad to leave the Pizza Hut employees that I had known for years. Luckily I have had that same opportunity to build relationships with the employees at 17th street Pizza Hut as well, especially Mike the manager. He goes above and beyond to make everyone smile and laugh and he works extremely hard. The food is consistently delicious and I just love this Pizza Hut!
The wings were fine. This is the THIRD time I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut while at work, over a 8 month period. EVERY SINGLE TIME disappointment!I just ordered a Large Handtossed with GARLIC PARMESAN (Alfredo) sauce instead of red sauce. MAYBE 2 teaspoons on 2 slices altogether. So what I end up with is hard dried cheese bread, and BARELY any cheese. Such a disappointment. Will NOT order from this store ever again. Wasted money every time. ???
I ordered online and was stated a pick up time of 6:35. I waited outside in the parking lot for an additional 10 minutes, not to mention. There were no other cars in the parking lot. My pizza was incorrectly made and was not thoroughly cooked. It was still doughy. Very disappointed and not worth my money. The employee who did bring out the food was very friendly and nice so that’s why I’m giving 2 stars and not 1.
We order a medium hand tossed extra cheese cheese pizza with bread sticks and sauce. We received small cheese without extra cheese. Honestly it has very little cheese and whole order was not hot. Will not order from this location again. Not happy.
Never again will I order from this Pizza Hut. I did not receive my whole order, over $55 order! I called and got hung up on 3 times. Called to place a new order and it was some sort of call center that wasn't even in Wilmington!!! No help at all. Pizza was cold, delivery was only 6 minutes from the store. Never again. NOT worth it.
When I ordered online, it said ready in 25-30 minutes and the email received said 5:55. I got there at 5:55 and had to wait until 6:20 for my pizzas. I had left my wife in the while I went inside to get the pizza. The pizza was prepared properly but the extra wait really made me late to where I was going.
I haven't been to Pizza Hut in quite awhile, and this is actually my first time with an opportunity to render a review (I do believe)! The service remarkably courteous and swift, and this put positive spin on a VERY EMOTIONALLY TRYING DAY! My Son is in the hospital, and progress towards fixing his ills has become a draining affair. Hence the pleasantness of the Customer service I received was VERY MUCH WELCOMED AND NEEDED ?! I look forward to patronizing this location again, though I would prefer it NOT be under these circumstances ???!
