The atmosphere was perfect and the dinner was delicious!!! If you’re a vegan, which I’m not, you would love the dinner I had. Breaded cauliflower steak with vegetables!! You would never know it was cauliflower!! The waitress was very pleasant as well!!!
Always incredible. Pinpoint is a bit of a hidden gem however for foodies in the area itâs a must.

This was our first time dining at Pinpoint. Our food was very good and we would consider trying it again. The less appealing part of our experience is that we were seated at a four top table towards the rear of the restaurant. That was fine, except that the air vents above the table dripped constantly on the two people sitting under it, literally during the entire meal. We mentioned it to our server who said, yes that will happen on a warm night. No mention of moving us, or concession. The restaurant was full so there was probably nowhere else to put us. The heirloom tomato salad was very fresh, excellent dressing, but it had this rock hard toast in the middle of it, and no one could even cut it with a knife, I suggest leaving that out of the salad. They tried to serve the entrees while we still had salad and appetizer plates, so they took our entrees back while the table was prepped. Resulting in a few of the entrees being warm, not hot. A place with $40 entrees was expected to be a better experience. Maybe a slightly off night, so we will try again some time.
Hands down the best food I have had in all of Wilmington so far. The food was high quality, fresh and rich and complex flavor profile. The ambiance was classy but also casual. The server was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for special occasions.
Service was excellent - knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails and gave great suggestions. Food was fantastic - stand outs were the tomato salad and grouper. Will definitely be back next time Iâm in town.
We arrived a half an hour early, but fortunately, they were able to seat us! It took a little while for our food to come, but it was worth the wait!!! Delicious! Plus the wait staff were all very friendly! Great experience!
