This place is a rip-off. $7.00 for 20 onces of ice and half a teaspoon of flavor syrup. I would highly suggest going anywhere else the owner of this location has no concern for providing any kind of value to the customer. Go here and you will be ripped off.
I will never be back to this location in particular. The other one on Carolina Beach as friendly and fast staff. There were four or five people and it took them almost 5 minutes to even come up to the register to ask for our order.
went on sunday the 29, worst experience. There was probably about 5-6 people in front of us and we waited for 45 minutes, not to mention two of the orders in front of us were messed up. Once we FINALLY had our order taken we went to go lean on the railing in the shade because we had waited so long in the 90° heat, and to my disgust I saw an employee open the window and SPIT. Needless to say after the hour we waited for TWO snoballs, we had lost our appetite.
Great summer treat to cool off from this humid heat. Not a big fan of gummies but they go great with the saved ice.

One guy was really nice and tried to help, and his service was amazing, but there was a woman who worked there and she was doing literally nothing but sitting down. She didn’t even care to take an order, I didn’t appreciate that as it took longer to receive my order. Other than that, the service from the guy was very good.
Our party walked from our hotel room down the road for some snow cones we got in line before 8:30 by the time we got to the window they shut the open sign off and told us they couldn't serve us but served the people in front of us and even they said we were waiting the same amount of time as them. They were rude and we had two people in our party that are disabled. Never again will we go.
we walked from our hotel room down the road. got in line before 8:30pm. which was about 10 people in front of us. service was wicked slow 9pm hit we were at the window they told us they were not going to serve us they were closed after we sat for over 30minutes with two people that are disabled. what a waste of time and horrible service. never again!!!!
Came in this morning 3/27 and ordered the superhero and 10/10! It was so good and I also love how many options they have. Young girl working was so sweet and really took the time to make sure mine was perfect! Definitely coming back!
