I ordered my pizza it was completely wrong. There was no extra cheese on my pizza, there was a ton of sauce on there and my pizza was not even cut I had to cut my own pizza. I called Papa John’s and the girl said it wasn’t her problem that I needed to contact GrubHub. GrubHub was not the one that made my pizza Papa John’s was. Papa John’s needs to take accountability for this nasty looking pizza they made and sent and didn’t even cut. I will not be ordering from this Papa John’s again and they need to learn some customer service skills at this location. This is totally unacceptable.
POOR customer service! Don't ask for extra toppings. I had ordered extra meatballs and when I called the store the lady said she would speak to the manager. The manager said she followed the portion directions exactly. Last time I get ripped off for an extra $4. I would have been content with a $4 credit to my Papa John's account. From now on I will stick to Michaelangelos in CB and keep my money local.
This customer service crap you have is absolutely insane and a joke. Do you not have the ability to answer the phones? Bc all they do is transfer me, and it rings forever and you pick up and hang up the phone. After I just spent $30.00
Horrible experience. Unfortunately this is not a first for Papa John’s but it will be my last. This location however took it a step further. I had driven in 5 o’clock have traffic after a very long day and was excited to have someone else cook for me for once. Unfortunately I did not check my order before driving back home in 5 o’clock traffic and when I arrived home, the order was wrong. Surprise surprise right? So I call the manager and she proceeds to tell me that she is not obligated to give me a refund. She offered a free pizza next time or I could come get another one. Neither was chosen due to me not wanting to drive again and I would not be ordering from there again. After asking for a refund, the manager got very rude and raised her voice and told me over and over she was not obligated to give me a refund. Then she decided to change her word to she didn’t have the option. When I told her that was a better choice of words than obligated she decided to start yelling at me and telling me that I was being rude. Absolute incompetent staff and I am baffled at how this manager became manager. No customer service skills whatsoever. This place should be closed down!

I ordered pizza on Friday night and we ate dinner and after found a dirty bandaid in the box. It was dirty and had blood on it. I tried calling and could never make contact. I completed a survey and still have not received a call back. During these times we are living, and serving the public food you would think that TOP Safety protocol would be in place. NOT HERE!! I will never order from here again.
I ordered a pizza plus it cost me over $42 and they never even sent my pizza but they took my money with no refund.
Might be that I live close to this store but deliveries are always on time or ahead of schedule, at least according to thier app. The food is on par with what you'd expect from a chain franchise and still hot when delivered. I've never had a bad experience with this location and delivery people have always been friendly.
The manager/management must be terrible to have so many issues. And not be able to refund an order that was never delivered.
We placed the order for dinner. Only half of the order was delivered and that half was wrong. We called back in and we’re told that they would send the order out again but it would take 1 1/2 hours. We had already waited 80 minutes and that was unacceptable. When we said that that was not acceptable we were treated rudely by the manager. After waiting another hour and a half, We called back in only to be told that they had simply deleted our order and hadn’t even bothered. We will be buying pizza somewhere else.
