Hours are wrong. Closes at 10, not 1. Can never get a delivery right. Don't waste your time.

connected me to random call center guy who had no idea what was going on and then finally connected me to the actual store after 30 minutes just to tell me they wouldn’t take my order
If you want a great local Papa John’s in town you can go to this one! We had a terrible experience at the Papa John’s near Dawson Street so we called this location and hit a home run! We didn’t have to talk to anyone in a call center, our order was correct and ready very fast, the staff was friendly and they applied a coupon to save us some money which I returned to them in the form of a tip!

I ordered my pizza today oct/ 17 / 21 and surprise it turned out the bread and the raw ingredients ... What is wrong, I will never order again ... What a disappointment ...
The last 2 times I placed an order, I waited over an hour, then they canceled the order. I guess they don't deliver anymore. Don't waste your time. Order somewhere else.
Not sure why people are giving bad reviews. I had a very good experience. Maybe people should not call at 11 at night but what do I know my pizza was great so good job papa
Although the pizza is very tasty, my children and I spent more than an hour waiting for an order that was shown in preparation, then the order was canceled even though it was carried out within the opening hours, this is very disrespectful to the customer!!!
