Had an awesome stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. It arrived hot and fresh and was excellent! Have not had a bad pie there yet.
worst papa johns i’ve ever been to. placed an order at 9 o clock at night. they called me 9:57 to tell me they wouldn’t be delivering my order. i asked if i could come pick it up (i stay 5 minutes up the road)when i arrived they had closed the store, looks like they never even made my food. i tried calling & knocking but the “manager” inside completely ignored me. i paid $45 for food i never got to eat. worst service ever.
They use doordash to deliver. They failed to get my complete order. No way for me to get it corrected. I called the store and received the most insulting robo loop I have ever heard. No manager ever answered, just a stroke inducing loop. I should have gone to Harris Teeter, at least then I could interact with someone who values my business. This company does not. I will never order again, and I recommend you do not waste your time.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. My husband and I ordered a large Tuscan cheese, a small Philly cheesesteak and a small order of wings through doordash from this location. Once we received them, we realized that the cheese pizza was hard, cold and 100% a normal cheese pizza (with barely any cheese) made earlier in the day that they had left hanging around. The Philly cheesesteak was made sloppily, with barely any sauce, multiple huge bubbles in the crust, and the middle was stuck to the box so bad that the slices ripped when trying to lift one out. We literally had to scrape the pizza off with a fork. I normally will never leave bad reviews, however this place was honestly so careless and after reading the other reviews, I felt I needed to share as well.
I order for the heart shape pizza special for Valentine’s Day. The pizza turned out to be a blob. I called them and informed them and I was placed on hold for almost an hour. Never have I been placed on hold that long. That tells me I wasn’t the only one calling in for this issue. After I finally got through and spoke with the manger, she laughed and placed me right back on hold. Very unprofessional.
Tried to order twice. Said open online and when I called the first two times they put me on hold. I ordered on grubhub and my order got canceled twine. I then called again to the store and that's when it finally said they were closed.P.S. that guy on the hold message is terrible. I know this is a big corporation and my measly $50 order doesn't matter much, but I will never try to order from you again.
Ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni and Canadian bacon and the whole thing had meat. Called and was put on hold for 15 mins before being disconnected. Called again and waited another 20 mins before just ordering another small cheese pizza. Don't order from this location, this isn't the first problem with this papa johns and the only reason I even ordered them was because dominoes doesn't have the traditional wings right now. Wont make this mistake EVER again and I hope no-one else does either.
Ordered online for curbside pickup. The app stated it would be done in 17-18 minutes. Arrived and tapped on the app that we were here and waited not even 2 minutes for it to be delivered to us.4/5 stars because the pizza wasn’t hot but warmish and pretty good.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks at 6:30. Received at 7:00 days order was delivered by DoorDash driver. Called the store at 7:00pm. Immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. Call again and immediately put on hold. Called from a different number and immediately got an answer. I then explain I was given the completely wrong order of a small pizza with mushroom and peppers. Was told okay I’m gonna get my manager and keep you on hold for about two minutes. 18 minutes on hold and I drive to the store to see about 6 employees in there running around (while still on hold) walk in and tell them I’ve been on hold for 18 minutes (now 7:30pm been calling since 7 for a refund) and I received the wrong order and would like a refund. “Oh well we’ve only got one delivery driver right now” ???? Not sure what that has to do with you answering the phone and keeping me on hold multiple times. Was told by the small girl at the counter refund was processed but haven’t seen it yet. Poor customer service . Apparently takes all of 3 clicks to refund but I had to wait 30minutes and physically drive down to the store to get it. I’m sure I would’ve been left on hold til those phones forwarded.
