Ordered a pepperoni pizza at 6.04pm was told 45min. Showed up at 8pm COLD!! No sorry, no can we cover the payment. Called to speak to manager and sounded like a bunch of kids are running this PJ into the ground. Poor kids can’t get a hot pizza 3miles up the road. (If you don’t have the people to deliver/make the pizza) just tell the customers because making small children wait that long is ridiculous.
Last night 20 min before closing we ordered pizza and breadsticks to be delivered, paid by card and was told it would be 85 to 95 mins. Thats fine. 3 hours later i hadnt received my food or a call or anything. Im sitting in a motel room with my 2 children starving. I decide to check my account and my money had been refunded. Ok, but they had my number. They couldnt let me know so i could have went and got my kids food elsewhere before 1am?? The most unprofessional thing i have ever dealt with. If this is how they treat customers i will not order papa johns again.
UNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called tonight at approx 7:40pm and spoke w the manager to notify him that I just recieved an order I'd placed through Doordash that came made incorrectly. I explained normally I'm not the type to complain but this was my THIRD negative experience in a row with their store. First the manager told me he would refund money through Doordash - which never happened. Then he offered to send me a replacement pizza made correctly, which I accepted. Remember this call was at approx 7:40pm. At 9pm no such replacement order had arrived so I called back and asked that same manager if the pizza wad actually still coming since it'd now been 1.5hrs I'd been waiting?!? The manager assured me I would have the replacement order in no more than 30min. Well, at 9:50 - still no pizza. So, I call back and sit on hold for 10min waiting for someone to take my call. Opps..the store closed at 10pm.. my call drops. How convenient for them. WHAT A TRASH WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. That manager had no intention of resolving anything even after I explained I'd paid THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS for my order which he admitted was delivered incorrectly. This store is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you actually want pizza.
Do not even bother with this place . I am currently waiting over 70 minutes for an order. Thank goodness I said cash. Won’t even bother opening the door if they come at this point.
Be careful ordering. They have a 3rd party to take calls. Ordered. No pizza ever showed upWhoever answered their phone could care less
2 hour wait for a pizza and the driver just left it on the porch. Did not even ring the bell. No more Papa Johns for me
Will never order from this papa johns ever again. The staff is rude and my order is continuously getting cancelled. It’s really not worth the hassle for pizza.
Horrible.... thought I was ordering a pizza from Dubai.... they hung up on me once and i waited 10 minutes before I got a person twice.. apparently they don't make cheeseburger pizza or BBQ chicken pizza anymore as well...
Guy with pink hair wouldn’t even get out of his seat in office when I walked in. He was also very rude. Never will order here again.
Incredible staff, give them a raise. Andrea and Thomas were slaying alone most of last Sunday night when I was in there picking up a bunch of orders over many hours. Austin was there as well helping in between deliveries. I pick up from Papa John's all over the city and they are all great, this one just very much impressed me with two people running the oven and dozens of orders by themselves for quite some time.
