Overpriced food that is subpar. They are out of most of their soups. I decided to get a salad and they were out of onions so I substituted pepperoni. I only get one pepperoni. Their chicken sandwich tasted like I could buy it at the frozen section at the grocery store. I could have ordered from an actual restaurant and paid the same for better quality food. Just because the food is expensive does not make it any good.
6/1/22 Worse Panera in Wilmington Nc. Orleander Drive Wilmington Nc let’s get it together. Poor service, bread is stale and food quantity is less but price is high. Makes no sense. Quit starving the community and robbing our pocket books. Make a sandwich the right way. Quit putting less food on sandwiches and charging us ridiculous prices for US foods products.The only thing Panera does is heat up already made food. Dive thru staff are rude and never get phone numbers correct. Shame on you. Will not support this Panera Bread. We don’t have to eat at this restaurant in Wilmington there are other Panera Breads in town.Managers are not doing their job.
It's always good. The bacon turkey bravo is a legendary sandwich.
This store is great as long as you are not ordering delivery. I have tried on 3 separate occasions hoping that they might get it right. Each time something is wrong. Something is missing or the food is just completely wrong. Each time I try to call the number they supply to report something wrong with the order and it rings and rings and no one picks up, once for as long as 45 minutes. The first two times they "remade" the item that was missing and offered no refunds on anything. Not on the delivery fee, since I had to drive all the way to the store, or the food that was incorrect. The last time I insisted as it was the third time, the manager refunded the food and added some extra cookies. Moral of the story is, eat their food -its delicious, but don't expect much from delivery.
I’ve liked panera for awhile and the food is usually really good but lately I’ve just been having a bad experience everytime i go. Today I went and I asked for bread as a side and they gave me chips normally I wouldn’t care but this has happened to me 5 times now. Also the fruit punch was the best thing about this place.
Panera always offers something healthy-ish, fast and tasty to feed us and the kids. This experience was no different. Of course the whole store was packed with people wearing masks, but we ate outside, so that was fine. We ordered a flatbread pizza, which I had never tried before and that was delicious. A good decent meal!
Food is okay. A bit expensive for what it is though. This was 6.20 and not worth it. You can’t even tell it’s a bacon egg and cheese since there’s no bacon on it. I would rather make a breakfast sandwich at home or hit a drive thru that way you at least get a side and drink for that price. Somehow they always mess up my order even when they aren’t busy. Drives me nuts.I love the unlimited sip club subscription they offer. Always getting my coffee and drinks here. Well worth it!
As always food was great, coffee was top notch. All around pleasant experience. Thank you Panera...even had a new girl training on register...she did good!
I have gone to multiple Panera breads over multiple states and for some reason this one is the absolute WORST location. Go to Mayfaire if you need to eat Panera. I have had nothing but issues with this location. I just went through the drive-thru and they failed to give me half of my order. I got all the way home and tried to call them because this is the third time this happened at this location and they don’t know how to answer the phone either. I have tried calling each and every time because I live 30 minutes from there and they have yet to answer the phone.
Food might look good but its not. I love the customer service.
