Our Pastor took our daughter and then our daughter took us. They have delicious food and fast, friendly service with a smile.
Food is good but lately their lobby is closed about half the the time I go, when the lobby is closed I refuse to give them business by going through the drive thru and just take my business elsewhere. Saw many people doing the same.
This was a great meal, and no waiting. Myrtle Beach Panda restaurants could really learn from them. I splurged and had Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Grilled Chicken, and Greens. I was visiting the area, and was very pleased with my dinner.
They are literally always out of cream cheese Rangoon’s.. and I’m always told “we won’t have them until tomorrow”. It’s been 4 times no joke.. the beef and broccoli is a little suspect.. like I’ve never seen white beef.. honestly I just fed it to my dog.. but their orange chicken is always good and their staff is always super friendly.. It’s alright.. but I mean just don’t come here with high expectations
This place is ghetto!! First the inside to walk in was closed before 9pm so had to go to drive through My order was wrong. I ordered 1/2 rice and 1/2 chow mein and two different chicken orders. And this is what I got all rice and all orange chicken. When drive through was confronted about the problem. I was given a very ghetto attitude the girl in the drive through wouldn’t give her name. I was given a small different chicken to replace and chow mein. When my husband was telling the girl the problem. She told him to F off and to f his mother. I was in shock. That’s girl didn’t know but my husband is going through the death of his mother now and she was very unprofessionally. I don’t know who was the manager on duty last night but some people there need to have a job change !! And the girl was laughing when we had to drive back around to talk to them about the missed up order. Very disappointing and unprofessional place and was given a very limited menu when we went to order the first time
This place is always awesome and super bonus I'm pretty sure Machine Gun Kelly was there too.. laying low. He was really nice and super chill. But real talk,, orange chicken there is always so on point! Noodles always so good and my silly sister got Kung pow chicken, wasn't aware the it was loaded down with peanuts, she can't eat peanuts, makes her very sick. They were so understanding and gave her a whole new plate with a different item. She even apologized! I told her it was definitely not her doing and it was our fault. All In All a really great experience! 10/10 ❤️
Last night (April 3, 2022), my son and I went to the Panda Express on Van Campen Street and Market in Wilmington, North Carolina. From start to finish, it was a terrible experience and ended with both of us stuck with meals that we had did not order initially, did not want, and were overcharged for. At the drive through, we were told they were “out of” two entrees so we discussed it, and decided on other choices. We ordered, drove to the window and paid. The young lady working at the window informed us that they were “cooking” our food and it would be 7 minutes. She instructed us to pull around to the front of the restaurant and they would bring the food out to us. Fifteen minutes later, I went into the restaurant and discovered that someone had simply thrown our order slip away. Only after producing the receipt and asking where our food was, did we discover they “lost” our order. We then discovered they were now “out of” what we ordered, and they left us sitting in the parking lot. They were now out of everything and we ended up with meals neither of us wanted. They did not offer a refund; they made no adjustment from the higher priced items we paid for to the lower priced items we were given. There was no manager present. To add insult to injury, while we waited for our order, we watched the staff prepare food for others and they literally couldn’t get the lids closed they put so much food in them. Ours were half filled at best. I called today to speak to a manager listened as they passed the phone around until some young lady said she would take the call. I hung up rather than have this farce go any further. This is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever seen. There is no management and we have removed Panda Express form the list of restaurants we will consider. We travel extensively and We will not patronize Panda Express again. As to the food: it was terrible, far too spicy, and lukewarm at best.
If I could give 0 starts I WOULD!!!! This place is absolutely horrible. I got the Plate (2 entrees + 1 side) I got the the Fried rice, Angus Steak, & Orange Chicken. The rice was under cooked & the vegetables in them were no were near soft. The Chow Mein had almost no sauce on it. I let them know about the rice being hard and she gave me more rice. I then told her the rice was still hard and she asked what else I would like. I got spring rolls and she only gave me two spring rolls in place of a $13 plate of food. I don’t suggest this place AT ALL!!! Spend your hard earned coins else where.
Would recommend getting Asian food somewhere else. Not only is it full of fake ingredients but the employees have a hard time getting orders right
Ordered online, very easy process. Ordered a bowl with Super Greens and Black Pepper Angus steak; and a plate with fried rice, Broccoli Beef and String Bean Chicken Breast. Went to the store and my food was waiting at the online order pickup station; very convenient. The food was mostly bland; not much distinctive flavor in the steak dish and the fried rice.
