I don’t usually like kombucha but I ended up leaving with two six packs from Panacea. Just stopped by for a drink and a snack. The cauliflower “wings” were phenomenal and the drinks were spectacular. Really look forward to trying more of this creative vegan menu!
Stayed in Wilmington for three days and ended up eating here twice. Super friendly staff, tasty beer and food. I only wish I could bring this place back home with me! Even if you're not vegan, Panacea is worth a visit.
I am not even remotely close to being a local of the area. Hell, I'm not even vegan. I had very low expectations on what to expect from their 'Steakhouse' burger upon ordering. So I was a little more than surprised to be greeted with this beautiful plate of food.I'll be frank, it tasted nothing like beef. But it was absolutely fantastic nonetheless. It was satisfying in every way you'd expect from eating a gourmet 'burger'. Really happy with my choice of side too. Slaws are hit and miss, usually the latter, as they can do often overshoot on the mayonnaise.(pro tip: the slaw is awesome if you put it on the burger)Couldn't tell you a thing about their brewing skills. Conclusion otherwise, bring some fam and friends for awesome food. Vegan and carnivores alike.
This is THE best vegan restaurant in the area, and it might be the BEST restaurant overall, too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the food is sublime, and they brew their own Kombucha and beers, which are fresh and delicious! We go at least once a week and sometimes more! If you can make it for brunch on Sundays, you will not be disappointed.

Stumbled upon this place while visiting Wilmington. Their vegan food was amazing!! Even my carnivorous husband like it so much we drive the 1.5 hour drive to go back the next weekend. The artichoke dip and homemade veggie burgers were top notch.
It's the first all vegan brewery I've ever visited. What a great niche: great beer, flavorful, healthy eating, and even multiple flavors of in house kombucha (alcohol or non alcohol). The flavors change regularly and on this night I went with the cranberry-grape. We sat at a table in the back room since there was live music- a talented singing guitar player. The best vegan burger ever! The menu describes it as plant & grain based - so good. We started with the plant-based chili cheese fries that came with this unique homemade ranch. The side salad I ordered with my burger was practically 1/2 a meal in itself. There was way too much food for just the two of us. In fact, I put the untouched fresh salad in a to-go box and a separate to-go box for half the fries. Our waitress Carleigh was very helpful providing insight into the various menu options, beer, and kombucha. Here's the kicker - even non-vegans will enjoy the all vegan menu options especially after a few pints. Kid friendly.
This is one of my all time fave restaurants, vegan or not. The atmosphere is great and homey. The servers are always super friendly and the selection is amazing. Their bbq tacos and their house made burgers are my favorite and their fries are amazing. We also ordered Christmas dinner this year and it was so awesome not to have to be in the kitchen all day and have a truly special meal ready to go. My husband and I come here about once a week and have never had a bad experience.
Panacea Brewing Company is a great choice for people seeking fresh kombucha (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).Additionally, they offer Vegan food options that are awesome!
The food and drinks are soooo good. This is vegan food that tastes better than non vegan, even for the pickiest eaters! The space is also fun and inviting and the outdoor seating is ample. I love this place!
